there's no such issues. But our shared room had king size bed, no twin beds.

Great location close to Gateway of India. Definitely request a 4th floor room over the weekend because of the nightclub. Staff are incredibly helpful and go the extra mile. Room was spotless and although the bathroom is a little dated and small it was more than adequate. Would definitely stay here again.

What a surprise.

The Gordon is in the middle of all the action.

It's a small hotel with great service and nice clean rooms.

We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was good, but it's the same menu every day.

It's just around the corner from the Taj Hotel and the Gateway.

Saturday night is noisy when the Cuban restaurant converts to a night club. Get a high room on Sat night.

Strong recommend.

We were 5 middle-aged brit women on an independent tour of India. We had arranged taxi collection from he hotel and they were timely and helpful. We had booked 3 rooms months ahead and were a little disappointed that one of our party was on a separate floor. The rooms were fine but bathroom tiny and disproportionate. This would influence my decision to stay again in the future. Our shower wasn't working and we were offered a change of room. We declined as we were unpacked and had arranged to meet up with friends and did not have time. we were given access to a shower- initially on the floor below. We refused this and were given access to a room on the same floor . We were not offered the room the next morning and used the shower in friends room. If I could have been bothered and had the time I would have negotiated a partial refund as rooms were not cheap. Happy to receive this retrospectively.
We ate in Havana an were happy with the quality and quantity of the food. The disco was a disturbance until 1am on the first night but we were aware this was a potential issue when we booked.Breakfast was good and their was ample choice.Staff all polite and helpful.
The location of the hotel is excellent. A short walk to Gateway, Taj, market.

First of all I would like to thank you for spending time to write a review and for your kind words. I am grateful to you for your generous appreciation of the Hotel location, breakfast, staff and club Havana . We have noted your feedback about the bathrooms being small but let me assure you that being a city Hotel, this is the average size of the bathroom you would find in most of the Hotels. However, with regards to the shower , i would like to personally apologize for the fact you had to face inconvenience because of this and though you were given an alternate room, the staff did not offer to shift your room the next day . I have shared your feedback with my team to ensure that the issue would would be redressed and you receive the highest level of service on your next visit. We thank you for choosing to stay with us and we look forward to welcoming you soon.

Fantastic location, very near the Gateway to India. Helpful staff and comfortable rooms, each with its own theme. Perhaps a little odd to be given a Scandinavian-themed room when staying in Mumbai, but this can be overlooked. Some of the rooms can be noisy because of the hotel's location, so book carefully.

I chose to stay in this hotel as it was very close to my office and i was happy for my decision. Location wise i would say it as a perfect location; right in the heart of fashion market and walking distance from Gateway of India.
The hotel is very well maintained with nice staff. Room is specious, bathroom is slightly small but nothing to crib about. I stayed on 4th floor. Room had all basic amenities and bathroom had all toiletries. I would like to mention specially about "office in box" this is a box which had all basic requirement for office work; stapler, paper pins, glue, scale , pencil, pen. I really appreciate; and consider this as a thoughtful gesture of hotel management. I was on a official trip and these things came out to be very handy. I got a chance to order a food from their restaurants and it was awesome. Their Thai chicken curry is really good and they serve it with steamed rice and Dates pie with vanilla ice cream is a must try.
