We were group of 7 adult and 2 kids, I would say we had a great stay, very spacious rooms with kitchen and living room. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rates are very reasonable considering we booked during Dussehara time.
Overall its a thumbs up for me.
I stayed at this place in December 2017. Somehow this was the only option as almost all hotels were booked.
It is a decent place to stay for a short visit. more of an apartment building converted as a hotel. I got the last room on the ground floor.
Location is good and well within the city. it is in a residential area.
Rooms are decent and clean. the room I got had a separate living area with a kitchenette having a refrigerator, microwave and electric boiler.
living room and bedroom both are air conditioned. Quite spacious.
Service was ok.
for food you will have to order from nearby eateries (they provide food menu with contact numbers in the room) which was not satisfactory.
overall decent place if booked at a reasonable price
I have visited and stayed so many home stays, but the stay in jasminesuite was horrible.. They committed one thing over phone but telling different thing when I reach there... Simply increased the tariff ... Mysore has lot of good accommodations... Do not choose this one... Pictures are showing some what bigger rooms... But the hall is very small... Just sofas occupied the hall... All r single bed room flats....
Pros are that you get a full 1 bed room apartment with balcony n kitchenette for 2000 rupees. Staff is very courteous and arrange things on asking in 10 mins Thanks to mr. Karan who helped me for everything from medicine to print outs etc. there is a casual market around n provision store very nearby. Wi- fi is free if you negotiate before booking. Security is ok by default as it is located in posh residential area. Cons are that basic amenities like a bottle of mineral water , tea, soaps, toilet paper etc have to be asked. Toilets fixtures are mordern but floors are not clean. Mineral water n tea are chargeable. Construction is new and hence walls, furnitures are clean n spotless etc but pillow cover, blankets, towel are not as clean as you expect in 2000 rupees stay.
Another issue is I booked a double-bed room but as Wifi was not able to catch signal at 2nd floor so they changed my room to ground floor with 2 single beds. Here the microwave was dirty and after some cleaning when i tried to use it, i had to shut it off as i could smell n see electric fumes coming through. There are no cutlery, pots, pan etc in kitchen... I assume they will be provided when you ask. The kitchen does not have a cooking range or tea, coffee making arrangements or premix satchels so all this makes it practically non functional. They do not run a kitchen in the facility so do not expect food at odd hours. Breakfast have to be asked to be arranged even if it is complimentary.
Overall, i would say if courteous staff n space is all that you expect to pay for 2000 rupees then go ahead . But don't expect things functional or amenities at hand. i had booked this for 2000 plus taxes (2238) but during checkout they only charged 2000 on their own and tea, coffee n printouts which was told chargeable on arrival were made complimentary at the end.
I visited with my family Initially while booking i was little skeptic about the place and on check in we found the place really good , neat, perfect location away from City noise and good restaurants nearby above all Mr. Verghese the in-charge was very friendly and very helpful. We extended our stay at Jasmine Suites since my family enjoyed the stay. Over all we had a nice time.
