Lovely family in charge of the property. The place is clean, cheap with very nice rooms. Fresh bedsheets what I really appreciate it 😅
There is hot water all day and WiFi working around the property. Besides they provide you towels at no extra cost.
Location next to the small lake and near the palace and the market. The views from the rooftop are wonderful.

Stayed for a couple of nights while motorbike touring round India.
The room was simple but brightly decorated and very clean, food, both breakfast and evening meal were very tasty and secure parking was provided for the bike.
Great all round.

I stayed three nights here and felt very much at home. Tampi and his family were kind and welcoming, giving me good advice for Bundi and good meals in the mornings and evenings.

The room was clean and neatly decorated. I loved having a power outlet near the bed and the shower pressure is the best I’ve had in two months of travel.

The location is just perfect with stunning views from the rooftop restaurant. Also, it’s away from most of the noise of the city.

The price was perfect for those on a budget who are still looking for something with some character.

I absolutely recommend staying here. I’ll be lucky to find other gems like this as I travel through India.

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, our hosts were very friendly and they offered laundry service and delicious food from their rooftop restaurant as well. High speed wifi and taste fully decorated inside. Definitely worth staying here!

this is such a lovely guest house. it’s clean, bright colors everywhere, with clean towels and clean sheets and hot showers (hot water 24h a day with boiler in bathroom). we had an ac room and it was really nice. the location is nice, near the pond and with a view of the palace from the rooftop.
the owners were soooo helpful and very kind. we needed to book a car to pick us up in orchha and he called the next hotel and organized it for us. we can only recommend this place - i would give it more stars if i could!

we took the advice of the owner and decided to do a rickshaw day trip to the waterfall instead of kokki’s tour (apparently some tourists find kokki a bit of a headache and he’s quite expensive). the rickshaw driver for the guest house is soooo friendly and laughs all the time. he was one of the best rickshaw drivers we’ve had in our many trips to india - 1000 would recommend!
