I tried this hotel again because of it's location. It is across the street from the football stadium. Easy access and rates enable me to spend more at games! The hotel has been renovated and I had a great room. Nice front desk staff too. Will stay again.
This is the worst Days Inn. Outdated, no coffee pot, no clock, no iron, bare essentials. Our door lock was broken and rude staff said just hold the handle up to unlock? When we arrived we pushed the door open? We’re affrwus to leave luggage in room. No extra TP, front staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Way over priced! Charged us $390 for 2 nights and found on Expedia for $70 after the stay. (Maybe worth that)! Old and outdated rooms. Gave us a handicap room with walk in seated shower only. Horrible. Save your money and find a better hotel. They were hateful when we were concerned of broken door lock? Never told us about a shuttle and we walked to ballpark. Lots of places better and probably not as eciensife. A dump!
Terrible customer from Paisley. Was told a room would be cleaned in about an hour, when we returned it still wasn't ready and paisley went on her break and didn't have time to even tell us like she said she would. Other than that, small rooms, there was a set spot on out floor when we got in. The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the location, being so close to both stadiums. Would NOT recommend.
Do NOT, Do NOT, Do NOT EVER stay at this hotel. They do NOT keep their word. We booked a room and as soon as we checked in my son said he was not feeling well and just wanted to go home. We had NOT been in our room. We asked the clerk if he would cancel the reservation and he said he would and return the money to Hotels.com. Hotels.com tried multiple times to call him to confirm but he was on the phone and never answered the hotel phone being called by Hotels.com. Hotels.com contacted them the following day and was told to call back. Never got a response from Days Inn. They do NOT care about their customers. BEWARE and BE WARNED to NEVER stay at this hotel. There are plenty other hotels close by to choose from.
I booked this hotel on hotels.com. I promptly got an email saying that because we were staying 1 night and it was a game night, they were going to charge us $65 for parking. This was not mentioned anywhere on the booking site. There is a $65 resort fee (for a 2 star hotel) hidden in the small print on hotels.com that I wasn't happy about, but I booked the room knowing I would have to pay it. But to email me after booking and try to screw more money out of me is a BS move. Needless to say I cancelled my reservation and booked somewhere else.
