Room review highlights
... it dries prior to wanting to shower in the evening. Other than making the bed in the morning, housekeeping is nonexistent. I walked around the room barefoot my first day/evening, my feet were black. The shower leaks all over the floor as does the toilet. Housekeeping did mop it up twice...
... they charged me their daily walk in rate with a 'special discount'! I'm checking out tomorrow. Who knows I may receive further requests for money for some more made up things. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Plenty of other places in KL to stay like Soho Suites or Crest Apartments. Stay away from here.
No proper reception. We arrived from airport at almost 12 noon. We waited for the representative to arrived and hoping maybe they could approach us. we waited tiredly for half and hour. Called the respective number given in our itinerary but no avail. We gave up and decided to go for our brunch 1st....

Absolute disaster. First off, you have to call “the guy” for him to come let you into the building and escort you to the apartment. Quite run down, but for the price, it’ll do, barely. Pay in cash. Rusty electric kettle which has seen better days, 2 cups, 2 plates, 2 spoons, 2 glasses, a 10 year old microwave. Done and dusted. Threadbare towels. 2 per apartment, per day. If you want swim, bring your dry towel with you and hope it dries prior to wanting to shower in the evening.

Other than making the bed in the morning, housekeeping is nonexistent. I walked around the room barefoot my first day/evening, my feet were black. The shower leaks all over the floor as does the toilet. Housekeeping did mop it up twice during my 4 night stay, but obviously didn’t feel the need to report the leaks. I reported the leaks to “the guy”. Nothing happened. I had to wash my own coffee cups, as it obviously is not housekeeping’s responsibility
On my last night, I walked back into the room, to find the towel I had put on the floor in front of the shower to dry to mop up the flood in the morning was still there. I had 1 fresh towel, 1 fresh bath mat, and a sopping wet towel on the floor.

In order to take a hot shower, there is a switch to turn on/off the hot water, which is located outside the bathroom. There is no sign to indicate that the water has to be turned on 30 minutes prior to taking a hot shower. Nothing. Only after I spoke to “the guy”, did I find out about the switch. When I enquired about possibly putting a sign up advising guests of this requirement, he looked at me and said most people are aware of this………………

And then to top it off, I forgot my fairly new electric Philips sonicare toothbrush. Yes stupid me. I contacted “the guy” about 6 hours after checking out, once I had reached my new destination and unpacked and noticed it was missing. “I will check tomorrow”. I had to contact him again, he told me they had found it but thrown it away because it looked “unusable”. A 3 month old 120$ toothbrush looks like an old relic after 3 months. It appears the idea of implementing a policy of keeping pretty much everything for a few days has not trickled down from above.

There is mold and mildew in the bathroom ceiling. Absolutely no maintenance is done. Sometimes the key card works in the lift, sometimes it does not.

Cheap, and not worth the price. Never again. Stay at your own risk.

Be careful the staff here will rip you off. They pretend to help you by showing flexibility then demand peak rates when you go to pay the bill. He even took 200 Ringgit 'deposit' for the key the day I was leaving! They pretend to be nice but take what they can when paying them. I thought booking direct with them would be my way of repaying their 'kindness' so they don't have to pay commission to booking.com. They ended up charging me MORE than the rate on booking.com. It made no sense. I was told that because I booked directly with them and hadn't confirmed if I was leaving after 4 nights or more they charged me their daily walk in rate with a 'special discount'!

We gave up and decided to go for our brunch 1st. Until we came back and we finally checked in at around 1 plus in noon. Our rooms were located on 38th floor facing the swimming pool. Fantastic view! Clean rooms. Clean bathrooms. Super huge. Great location. We love it! value for money and long stay and those with childrens. I would recommend it. YES! Definitely a come back for us!

No proper reception. Handled by a middle east travel agency. Untrustworthy. Check in time was 2pm but told us to wait until 5pm. The manager was not friendly too. The room is quite spacious but not properly cleaned. Carpet and bathroom are dirty with unpleasant smell. Used towels by previous guest was left in the room. No WiFi. Said 75% discount on expedia but felt like being cheated. Don't spoil your holiday mood because of this 75%.
