One of its good point is really close to KL Sentral, really handy when visitors coming by trains at KL Sentral. Just 10 minutes walking distances from staion concourse walk through Nu Sentral Shopping Centre, going down to the road level, crossing the road, continue through small alley and then turn left 50m find the hotel, easy. The room was clean, beds were comfy, bathroom and toilet clean and OK, plenty of food stall of street food and restaurants at the surrounding area. The receptionist opens for 24 hours, great place to stay overnight near KL Sentral.
Good hotel with all basic amenities. The manager was nice and accommodating of our requests. The room was clean and tidy. The location is okay ... it is walking distance from KL Sentral station. Lots of restaurants nearby.
This budget hotel is a good option if you would like to stay centrally with easy access to KL Sentral which is only a 2-3 minute walk away. The area is relatively interesting, being part of the old Indian community in the city and the Nu Sentral shopping mall nearby has a plethora of dining options.
The staff at the hotel were polite and friendly even though they appeared to have misplaced our booking upon checking in. However this was dealt with speedily and wit the minimum of fuss. The hotel gives you a breakfast voucher for the nearby Jaya chain restaurant which was simple but delicious and filling.
The room itself was okay for the price. It was cleaned daily and you got the usual extras such as shower gel, shampoo etc.
However, if you enjoy lounging about your hotel room as part of the holiday experience, this is not the place for you. The room we stayed in was quite small and had no windows which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. In addition, the a/c unit is place directly facing toward the beds so either you turn it off and end up tossing and turning due to the humidity and stuffiness, or turning it on and getting a dry throat and nose from the cold air blowing directly on you throughout the night. Neither options promotes quality sleep.
It was okay for a 2 night stay with a lot of time spent out of the hotel sightseeing but if you're staying longer, I would recommend spending a bit more and getting somewhere nicer.
