The place is nice
The food is delicious, the night bar and events are great
The pool is big and nice
The negative points were : the very bad wifi coverage, almost not worked
And the room service in the first two days was good then they start to neglect it.
We were impressed with the sea view from our room. However our room was above the beach bar and the music was very loud til gone midnight so if you had children (it was a family room) I would not be happy!! The room was cleaned daily and to a high standard. The pool area was cramped and when we went beginning of October there was no sun after approx 4pm. I would imagine at busier times of year the pool area and beach would be packed and you would struggle to get a sun lounger. The food for all inclusive can only be described as terrible!! Broccoli for breakfast and no toaster. We stayed for 7 days all inclusive and only had 2 meals there. After the first 3 days of looking at the offerings!!! We ate out every day for all meals. Unless you are going to drink a lot of alcohol do not bother with all inclusive!!! We paid for 7 days/nights at the hotel, however we only arrived at 0030 hrs on the first night. But when we booked out on our last day at 1200 hrs our all inclusive wrist bands were removed and we could no longer have drinks/food (unusual as we have paid for this!!!!!) would never ever stay at this hotel again.
We stayed here from 13th August 2014 and we're the only English family here. Rooms are basic and not properly cleaned....only beds made but no clean bedding. The pool was good but only 2 slides working. This is not a family hotel at all..no reps to entertain the kids and the 15 minutes of entertainment started at 2245 but was usually late.
The food was repetitive which is expected of all inclusive..but no toaster at all. Feeding time at the zoo springs to mind with the greedy Russians pushing in and piling the food on like they had been starved for a week.drinks were limited to two per person in the evening and we had to send the kids up to get their own drinks.to add the finishing touches to the holiday we checked out and got charged 5 lira for a glass that got broken.we left it out so the maid didn't cut her self but she didn't even sweep the floor. I'm sure if you are a couple this would be ideal as the pool wasn't busy and you could get loungers.but for a family avoid and look for somewhere which can provide entertainment
I was there in the beginning of the season with a friend of mine. We have a lot of fun. I liked the service and the pool and specially the night bar . The food was OK. The price was good for this time of the year. I will come back when I am going to Marmaris again in the same hotel!
Went to Caprice Beach at the start of July with another 3 young females. Even though it was predominantly a family hotel we found that we fit in really well, it was hard to get a sunlounger after 8am but that's the same with many hotels. When we arrived the standard rooms were full so we were upgraded to family rooms with no extra charge which was amazing. The good points were the beach bar staff - super welcoming and treated you like friends and seemed to love their jobs having a dance & laugh with us all (group dance most nights). The evening entertainment was amazing with belly dancing, magician and mask/acrobat show. Also, the shuttle service every night to Bar Street was good saving us having to pay for a taxi. The cameraman was lovely too, however there was very few english families and there were many russians (w/o generalizing) who were quite rude as were the reception staff. Russians seemed to pile their plate with chips & watermelon like they'd never seen it in their life meaning those plates/trays tended to be empty regularly. Also, hotel room door was a bit dodgy to lock at times. Only major downfall was having to check out at 12pm and having our all inclusive wristbands taken off us even though we werent leaving till 9pm meaning no food or pool to cool off. Overall though absolutely loved it and would recomend just for the bar staff there :)
