I was deciding between 3 hotels to stay in Cesme and chose this one. Great decision.
Despite being pretty old it's still the best one in Cesme area. During our 5 day stay we visited the other two we were considering (Radisson and Boyalik) and to help other travelers, Sheraton is far better.
First, and most important, it's on the central and best part of the beautiful Ilica beach. Private sunbeds and umbrellas on fine white sand are included. Hotel's beach part is very wide and easy accessible (contrary the other two).
It has 3 wings, and kind staff accommodated us in the best right wing (above the pool) on the top floor with direct sea view from our terrace.
Room is little bit dated, but nothing to complain if you're not that spoiled. Daily cleaned with everything you need, and still nicely decorated.
Hotel lobby is big and very ornate. Fast check-in and kind help of receptionist Mr. Erdogan, very communicative and pleasant man, made jokes on his surname.
Big pool, nice and clean, but who needs it besides such a beautiful sea.
We had half board, which was this year different due to Covid. The rich buffet was displayed behind window stalls, but you couldn't take it on your own, but the staff did it for you. No limitations on quantity, while the quality was great, from soups and starters over the mains and salads to desserts.
One day we paid for the spa, great experience. Cesme is well known for its thermal springs, hence the name. One of them supplies Sheraton with thermal water, around 42'C. There're 3 thermal pools - one with heated sea water and two with natural thermal of different temperature. Price is 75 TL pp (around 9 Euros) for the day (in and out as many times you want). Besides those 3 pools, there's hammam, sauna, tepidarium and private outside pool. Massages are paying extra.
Covid measures were treated very strictly, with all measures put on high priority, which made us feel very safe. All in all it was a great stay, I would recommend.
TIP: for best rates contact the hotel directly, namely Mr. Ugurcan who I would like to personally thank for giving us great rates and terrific room.

This hotel is ideally located on a long beach with very good food and beverage service to the beach.
Reception staff would benefit from English tuition. My comment - " my room key does not work" was met with a blank stare. Telephone was handed to me to talk to an english speaker
Due to a lack of bookings the hotel decided to close before the end of my reservation and i was summarily told I needed to make alternative arrangements
I was very ably assisted by the Front Office manager to find alternative accommodation

Very unusual for a Sheraton not to honour a reservation

Amazing surprise at this Sheraton. The hotel is old but well maintained. The beach and the view are out of words.
Rooms are very comfortable and quiet.
As Titanium member, we receive a kind upgrade to panoramic suite. We were there during very low season, not sure to receive such an upgrade during high season. On top of that, we received a bottle of wine as welcome amenity which was such a nice touch and delightful surprise.
The service was very good. Only little downside was the breakfast. Despite having quite a lot of choices, the quality could be improved. We thought it was due to the low season effect. It is better to have less choice (and less waste) and better quality.
Overall a pleasant surprise. We will be back.

Perfect choice for off season break, it has seaview rooms and direct access to the beach. Warm welcome by the usual SPG staff so friendly and helpful. The only negative is that very tiny details about ruined furniture or room and hotel stuff which needs replaced or redecorated.
