This apart hotel is located in a very quiet place of Side, just 200 m from Side Bulevard and 700 m from city beach. Own pool + kids pool. Bar with soft and other drinks (open till midnight for those who need it, but not disturbs others). Restaurant with authentic home kitchen, 2 weeks not enough for taste all. Prices are same as around, but you always will be very satisfied with taste and quality and get much bigger portion for surely. Absolutely recommend. And don't forget to taste the Turkish coffee.

Stuff very helpful, informed in details about beach/shopping/looking/eating and so.
We've stay in Nar Apart Hotel Sept-Oct 2018 only 2 weeks, enjoyed totally.
I would definitely recommend this apart hotel.

We are five adults staying here in three apartments. This is a two star hotel, but the apartments are spacious and all the basics are there. The staff are service minded and very professional. We had a lamp in the bedroom that wasn't working and there was very low pressure in the shower. These problems were addressed very quickly 😊.

We stayed at the hotel first week of September with my husband and my mom.
I am very pleased with level of service provided and the price we paid. We definitely could feel there like home, it was always relaxing athmosphere. A big thanks to guys at the bar, they really were very helpful and always there when needed.
Now a bit of details:
Arrival: fast check in, flexibility to register later, when room was made already available for us. If needed, they could have organised a transfer from airport. We had a rented car, so we refused on this one.
Location: hotel is within 10 mins walk from the nearest beach which was ok, but sunbeds would have to be paid. Better to use beach of the hotel which can be easily reached by car. If no car - hotel organises transfer to beach and from the beach at certain hour or at your call. There are free sunbeds, toilet, shower, bar (to be paid). And it's much less crowded. It is within 5 mins drive.
Food at hotel: Breakfast was quite basic, but enough to start the day, always fresh products. You can also have luches and dinners at the restaurant of the hotel and they cook very well. After a bad experience in the nearest bar outside of the hotel (very noisy one with weird staff), we decided we didn't want to experiment anymore and were dining at the hotel resto.
Staff: polite, well mannered. Guys at resto are well educated and definitely know how to correctly serve meals and drinks. Cleaning ladies were nice as well, came every day to clean up the room and change towels.
Equipment: building is rather new, nice style, rooms make you feel like home as you have everything there: fridge, small kitchen, a lot of drawers to store the food, forks and knives etc. The only things I wasn't prepared to miss was hairdrier, but with all the positive sides and the temperature outside (always around +30 during day) I didn't really feel sorry I forgot to take mine. Wi Fi was free and at quite a good speed. There is possibility to use safe if needed (additionaly paid as not mandatory for usage). There is a swimming pool of course. Bigger one with depth around 1.5m and a smaller one for kids. Comfortable temperature of water, normal size. Walls in room are apparently solid, we didn't hear our neighbours much.
Conclusion: excellent choise for family stay and for this price. If I would ever have to come back to Side, I'd stay at Nar Apart again with no doubts. Many thanks to all staff!

Spent a week in Sept. 2013 with some friends. The hotel is nice and well kept, though no longer new. Cleaning and fresh towels every day. Varied breakfast buffet - and possibility to order differently if needed.Free shuttle to the beach twice in the morning and back end afternoon. Personnel is service minded and helpful. The hotel was despite other reports very quiet except for occasional (neighbouring) dog barking. We slept with open windows towards the pool area and there was no noise at all. Water and sodas can be bought in the bar to take to the room at same prices as in the shops.There's a selection of mostly Swedish books at the reception. We had a nice week at Nar Apart and I wouldn't hesitate to book the hotel if I were to go to Side again. Worth mentioning might be, that tehre is no lift/elevator and 53 steps to the top floor.Also there is a couple of cats at the hotel, though they are not bothering the guests.
