This is just amazing. The rooms are very clean, the bed is a small double and there is limited storage but you are not in your room long enough. The view from the bedroom is the best ever. You can swim either from the platform or via a slightly pebbled beach so bring your beach shoes. The water is crystal clear and warm. Sarah and her parents really do a fantastic job and the turkish breakfast is very good. You can had aditional items if you wish. We stayed in one night to eat and had an amazing meal and wish we had stayed in more. It was too much for us and that is saying something. A water taxi is provided into and out of Kas. Beach towels are available.

We stayed for a week, we wish we had longer! The hotel is spotlessly clean for starters! It is just lovely. Get a seafacing balcony room, you won't be disappointed. The views really are stunning. Yusuf & Karen are wonderful owners who never cease working to make the hotel run as smoothly as possible. Karen is a wonderful chef & I can guarantee you won't be disappointed with any of her delicious creations, we found the whole holiday relaxing & a wonderful setting. The breakfasts were delicious & filling. Getting the boat over to Kas is easy, & such a beautiful ride in the moonlight. We will definatley be returning, which we hardly ever do with hotels/holiday destinations. THAT should say it all.

It is not very easy to rate this small nice boutique hotel for many different reasons but to be fair I will give 3.5 out of 5.

This hotel is being run by a half Scottish-half Turkish couple. The owner's wife is the cook here but know that she is a very accomplished award winner one in the UK.

The couple seems to have settled here after retiring themselves from their highly successful restaurant chain back in Scotland. (Rendezvous at Nargile, Aberdeen).
The quality of the DINNERS clearly reflect the outstanding dexterity of the cook.

This is a very small hotel but extremely clean and taken care of very well. There is high speed wi-fi available even from the very far corners of the beach until your room. The rooms are super-clean, the view is excellent too.

The owner couple is always on top of everything here. But this place is not totally problem free. Service personnel is not very professional although they are friendly and kind. They need more training.

The sea is crystal clean and turtles will be swimming with you gracefully.

Although the dinners are truly excellent, the quality of breakfast is not in line with the extremely high quality of the dinners. In my opinion the hotel should pay attention to add more organic local food to their breakfasts. The mastery of the cook Mrs. Karen is truly outstanding.

Mosquitos can be a problem sometimes too. Please ask for a electrical mosquito repellent device from the owners before you move into your room which is used simply by plugging into the wall socket.

Another problem with this hotel is that they accept families with small children and if your aim to experience pure silence in your holiday, this hotel may disappoint you because of the echoing screams and yells of small children on the beach. I would advise the hotel management to put signs on the beach area to invite parents to restrain their children to be silent.

First of all thank you for choosing our hotel for and praises. This year we have our personnel well trained and more professional. We will be using many organic foods in our kitchen this year as well. And about children , some times we have some guests with children. If you choose for your holiday especially May,June,September and October,we may have less families with children We look forward to welcome you in our hotel again.
