We spent our vacations from Sep 7 to Sep 18 2019. The hotel is full with 99% russians.
Territory: It is quite big and nice, all with flowers, grass and very clean. The buildings are located very conveniently with lanes.
Food: I can say the food was tasty and different enough, but when the hotel is full you'll have difficulties to find an empty place in the dining room, also you have to wait couple of minutes for "main" food in queue.
Pool: The main pool is big and very deep, I think 1.60 m. Not for small children who do not swim. There is a separate children pool, it's covered and water is much colder. My kids caught cold during playing there. Overall we did not use any pools much as we used to swim in the sea.
Sea and Beach: The beach is big and clean. But to find an empty place is quite difficult, because all places are occupied with towels and owners never come there. Typical behavior... The sea was clean and warm with small waves and full of fish. The water was more calm at the left side of the pier.
Room: The room was great. We had standard type no. 2022 in Tulip building. It has partial pool and partial sea view. The only negative thing I can say is it's a bit noisy because of the day and night animations. We've got one bottle of coca-cola, fanta, sprite and water upon arrival. They are updated weekly.
Wifi: wifi is free in the lobby, but it "worked" only couple of times, there is a conference room under the parking and wifi works better there. You have to pay per device to have a paid connection.
Restaurants: As we stayed for 11 nights, we had 2 free restaurant offers and we choosed Italian and Turkish. Italian food was bad (strange steak and something called pizza) and Turkish was normal.
Overall we spent our time very positively, definitely recommend this hotel and I'm planning to visit it again.
We were 2 families with 3 teens (11,14,17 years old).I have no one bad word about this hotel: big clean green area, many activities, the BEST ANIMATION team is the soul of this hotel for adults and kids.
I do not agree to other comment about poor food. There was a big variety every day - everyone can find what they want. Our teen liked noodles/pasta, rise, chicken, turkey or lamb, pica, burgers and other (its Turkey people- forget about pig!:) .For adults - freshly baked fish (mackerel, tuna and other). A lot of salad and sweets and so on.There are no problems with drinks (juice, ice tea, cola, water and other, for adults - men liked whiskey, women - coctails;)
Rooms - big, clean, more beds than needed (we had two different types of room in different buildings, and everything was perfect for everyone). Important criterion - big pool. Of course - 90 % tourists are Russian, a lot of russian music and speech, but it is family hotel and everybody here are with kids, so no drunk(visible:) people, after 00:00 only night club in the basement, there is no noise at night in area. DJ is ok, if you want-you can ask your native or music you like. There were very nice, funny and welcome evening shows! We all had a great time and will come back I think with more friends.Best wishes for ANIMATION TEAM:*****
This complex only had the hotel open when we stayed for a week a couple of Easters ago , the club and club accomodation was not open. Even so we really enjoyed our weeks stay. Good public transport into Alanya took about 30 minutes, great facilities in hotel, outdoor and very warm indoor pools, 5 minutes to sea. Good food, nice dining and bar areas, friendly staff and good service. Unfortunately the surrounding area was a building site with lots of construction going on. Even so enjoyed the stay so much we vowed to return in a couple of years. Hopefully that will be later this year
We have booked this hotel for 10 days. As we already know 7 days is enough.
First of all, it is a hotel with Russian guests. So if u don't like loud people and messy environment, I don't recommend this hotel. There speak all just Russian. When we had arrived, there was just one receptionists speaking English. When I was calling by phone from the room they rather hang the phone. In the bar they do speak English, basic level, but the y have fun from that you are speaking English and it's quite embarrassing. They could not make functional my wifi, paid service and I had to set it up on my own.
About the staff. The cleaning ladies are cool. They make what's necessary. But they don't change towels regularly, just packed them. It's possible you don't always get everything, sometimes you don't have toilet paper, water or shampoo.
In the bar the staff was crazy. Ok, they have enough to do, but they are often rude, they think you don't understand them.
In restaurant, there is always many people. Just one guy and the service manager were speaking English. Thanks Cezgin, the service manager, he does his best and was very professional and make our stay little bit comforter.
About the food. For breakfast there was cereals, some fruits (orange apple and sometimes grapefruits), eggs. About the ham and cheese, make sure it's frosty. So much flies there. For food there is always the same with not much change. I was not very impressed. Too low quality of food and beverages.
It's a family hotel, so there so much kids. Too many for every normal guest so I don't recommend if you want a calm and quiet holiday.
Animation staff was cool. They were too many from Ukraine.
The beach was clean with little waves. For good swimmers only. It's not too short.
Some water sports avaliable.
Towels only paid also as wifi. Maybe everything is paid.
The room is quite good, flat TV with some TV programs. Air-condition at every room.
We had luck so we had room at 0. Floor with straight access to the swimming pool. First small one was at our building Jasmine. Second was between restaurant and beach bar. Much bigger. There are 3 restaurants, I saw only 2
Not sure where the third is.
So, as conclusion, it's a Russian hotel, with 99% of Russian guests, little bit Noisy, so many children there. Food, you will eat, but nothing special. Beach with too big waves, lack of sunshields and place to stay.
Too long transfer from Antalya Airport, 2 hours.
For a 4* hotel its not really enough.
Have visited this hotel last year in September. Was nice... weather, the sea, surrounds. Very good 4 stars from my point of view.
The meal was as per 3-4 stars.
Staff was friendly and nice with us... +4 stars.
Rooms are big but a bit worn out... -4 here.
It was very nice for kids... quite and children friendly hotel... good playing grounds for them... sun-covered children's pool .... 5 stars here.
Will recommend this hotel... in fact, will get there with my family and friends in June!
