I decided to book after years. I chose this hotel because I had appointment to meet my friend in BTC Mall. This hotel is in the same area as the mall building. Overall, I enjoyed stay here for 1 night in the superior room. The room is quite spacious. The problem was the TV. I could hear the sound only, I couldn't watch any channel because problem on the screen. They need to change the bed cover everyday too.
Stayed at BTC last year while accompanying my wife on a conference held by her office.
I don’t remember there being any different types of room that you can book. Just that you can choose between twin beds and single bed. The room size itself is good if you’re traveling by yourself. But when you’ve got your spouse, a baby, your things, and all the things the baby need the room does get full quickly.
In terms of food, I ordered room service one night and found it to be standard. They did better at breakfast in terms of both taste and the options they have. I like the yellow jam that they have.
In terms of facilities, this hotel is very much geared towards companies wanting to have conferences. There are plenty of meeting rooms but little in the way of gyms and pools.
The service provided by the staff is good though I think the hotel is understaffed. Called in housekeeping one night to clean the room and got a security guard instead conducting the duties of housekeeping. Housekeeping itself needs to be improved, still plenty of dust under the bed after several days of asking that the dust be cleaned.
Do take care of your items. I left my headset on the bedside table and that was the end of it. One night I returned and never saw it again.
Overall, this is a good hotel to stay at for business and provided you don’t expect too much from it.
I have stayed here for my graduation back in 2013, and last January I stayed there again for 3 nights and booked via OTA (Traveloka/Airy Rooms) and got a very great deal.
The location is very strategic, it's very near to Tol Pasteur, Maranatha University, and the building itself connected with a shopping centre. The distance from the airport is not too far, either. For transportation, don't worry because there are so many Angkots or taxis around the Hotel. There's a lot of food stall in the shopping centre's food court, from fast food, chinese, japanese, Sundanese and other Indonesian food, and western food. there's also Movie Theatres at the building. The breakfast is just so so, but egg must be requested and they took pretty long to get my omellete and sunny side up ready.
As far as I know they only have 1 room type, but you can request double or twin bed. the bed is comfortable enough, but the pillow is too soft for my liking.. Room size is adequate, not too small, not too big, just enough space to put your belongings and move around in the room. The bathroom is quite clean and the water pressure is good, hot & cold water adjustment is good, too. and they provide hairdryer in every room! Super Love it! What I hate the most is the lighting, they set the lighting to be warm and dim. It's great when you're sleeping, but when I need to apply my makeup in the evening, it feels like I applied my makeup without mirror :( I hope the Management could consider to installing a dressing lamp at the dressing table.
Had a chance to stay here for a night. My first experience with Airy property but my feedback was positive. The hospitality is OK for a budget hotel and the size of the room is decent (only twin beds setup is available). Facilities including hot water shower, clean towels, wifi and free bottled waters plus few cholocate snacks. The location is basically on the few top floors of BTC Mall Parking Building hence access to the hotel can be tricky for those who did not review before. Breakfast is included but I did not get the chance to try them as I went outside for breakfast. Overall the stay is cheap and OK, however please take note that the smell from the toilet can be too much, but you can close the toilet door to block them.
I planned to spend only one night here with my parents. After my parents and i checked in (21 Oct at 3 p.m.), the receptionist only gave us one key to access the room, at first i think that was okay. But at night, i left the room and went out with my friends till 2 a.m. in the morning (22 Oct) and i forgot that i don’t have key to enter my room. So i went to the receptionist asking for another key, but the receptionist didn’t give me the key i don’t know why (he told me that it was the SOP), i tried to explain the condition that i don’t want to wake up, call or bother my parents because they have important meeting in the morning so i better use another key to enter the room, i told that i am a costumer here but he didn’t give a damn about it so i just tried to sleep on the couch in the hotel lobby (and i can’t sleep because there was so much mosquitoes) till the dawn then i called my parents that i cannot access back to the room.
