The best way to end my trip to Bali this time around. The hotel is super clean, chic, and spacious. I am impressed by the genuine smiles of the staff. Started from the parking space to the room! All he staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing as well. The indonesian food is very authentic, and the western one is also delicious. The cocktail at the bar made you want to order more. Definitely will stay here again! Ow..the General Manager, Agus, is also amazing! This is one of the best experience we have in Bali. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

I love how this hotel designed. Their lobby just like an art gallery and they have different painting/mural in every room.
The infinity pool was great, quite nice view but very limited pool chair available because of the space.
Staff all are very friendly and helpfull. They always greet me & asked where I'm going & how's my day and make sure I enjoyed my stay. Top notch to all staff.
Location is near by the beach, just a short walk and near to cafes.
However, just like other reviews..the insulation of this hotel room is quite poor. I even can hear people talking from lobby ground at 2AM while my room was at 3rd floor with all doors closed.
Breakfast doesn't meet my expectation both on the menu variety & taste for 4 star hotel. I mean how can Indonesian hotel make tasteless nasi goreng or mie goreng? Its a room for improvement.
Last but not least. They have no gym at hotel. Just realised it after I booked. So I skip 5 days not working out. I hope they will consider to add gym.

The stench in the room spoiled the experience and use of a beautiful appointed room. Stunning room and bathroom, very clean with all you need and more like big screen tv, coffee machine, well appointed bathroom with wonderful shower and good toiletries. But what is the nicest room when the smell is at times unbearable, at times at night, sometimes during the day. Good breakfast, nice spa with good deals during the day if you book early enough. It is a shame but I would not come back because of the smell.

After a long discussion with the hubby, we finally decided to visit Bali during the pandemic. Which turned out to be one of our best decisions ever. Due to the few passengers on our departure day, all flights were combined into the 7pm flight... so we arrived quite late at the hotel. Though all hotels in Bali are struggling during this pandemic including Artotel Sanur, we still received a warm welcome here with a smile. We had to pick our breakfast menu and time for the next morning before we were guided to our rooms. This is related to their health protocols-avoiding any crowds.

We had booked 2 rooms w/ a connecting door for a much lower price than they had before the pandemic. That weekend only 12 other rooms were occupied. Our rooms turned out to be more spacious than expected. We loved the design of the room and another plus was the dolce gusto coffee machine. My daughter joined an online competition and basically stayed in the room with her friend the whole day. There are many restos and cafes in the area, so it was easy for her to use the GoFood services.

We love the location of the hotel, not only many restos and cafes but also a guardian and a supermarket are only a few minutes away on foot. The best sunrise in town you’ll find only 5 minutes from the hotel also on foot.

Though the ABC beach club was closed during this pandemic, the rooftop infinity pool was such a luxury since no one else was to be found there.

Thank you, Artotel Sanur... we spent 3 lovely days at your hotel. Your good health protocols made us feel safe🙏🏻
