This hotel has very good building and garden. From the main gate to the lobby, we will see a beautiful garden. I have stayed in this hotel many times in the last 10 years. The staff in front office, concierge and restaurant are very kind and helpful. Breakfast menu consider good enough.
But I was bit surprised when I enter my floor and room. I look that the corridor and bed room floor are dirty. I want to complained but I canceled it since I found the cleaning service staff are very busy and I remember that in the lobby I heard another customer complained that she already waiting for too long. So I mopped my room floor by my self. I guess that maybe management try to minimise the man power during this difficult time.
In the morning I saw staffs (not gardener) were working together to clean the garden.
1. Please do not compromised with the room and corridor cleanliness during this covid time.
2. Please put some waste bins and sign board to remind the visitor to not throw the waste in the parking area. I saw several drivers clean up their car but since they can not find the waste bins, they just throw away the waste to the grass.
3. Lift button. I remember that this already broken since my last visit on 2019.
Anyway, I still like this hotel and I will come back here on my next Bali visit.
We had our first international convention here and it was a blast. Our attendees were really happy about the outcome. This place is at the heart of Nusa Dua. A walking distance from the beach, the shops and everything else in between. Our rooms were spacious nd comfortable and super clean. Maintained by housekeepers everyday. The staff were gracious and really friendly. Everything was perfect from breakfast, to the garden area and of course, the location. It tends to be quite humid though since the lobby and breakfast room isn't airconditioned.
My stay at this hotel is magnifique. I love the area. All the staff are great and helpful.we had a romantic room. The hotel provide shuttle to the hotel's beach.The breakfast was excellence.The only bad feedback, the humidity of the room. The noise from the hallway.
Clean and comfortable rooms, nice bed and sheets.
The pools are fantastic and really well set out, the gym looked well equipped.
Breakfast was good, and its walking distance to many restaurants both local and western.
A loud group seemed to follow us wherever we went in the hotel, and they could be heard at night from the room, but that was the only negative and not really a hotel issue i guess, more a guest issue.
Pros: great pool size with jacuzzi and heated and lots of lounge chairs; lenient in hours of use
Gym lenient in use, opened earlier than scheduled, treadmill must be repaired immediately

We stayed at the ground level, and we can hear everything thats going on outside.
The chatter, movement of furniture. Good thing not a lot of noisy guests but we are awaken in our noon naps if there are any
The garden are has uneven slopes, filled with water after rains overnight, hence we cant walk as it will be mud puddles

Plenty of taxi, grab outside the hotel
Will not stay again due to the cardboard walls, if there was a noisy guest close to us, it will be the worst vacation
