Nem volt jó · The room was small, no enough place for my luggages. There wass not ventilation in the room at all, and not good enough in the bathroom. So there was a musty smell in the room and a wet feeling of the cothes. I did not see Latin letter table of the hotel name. The sheet was holey. The hotel is a bit expensive.

I for the first time booked it for my business travel to Varanasi and I felt so glad at the hotel reception the way they treated and after looking to the room, I was overwhelmed. Looking forward to get hosted by them again in near future.

Proper maintenance and cleanliness required. The Doors of Hotel and Bathrooms require improvement. The locks of the room were not proper. The bathrooms were big however dirty. The location of hotel is good.

Treebo Trend Select Varuna Kashi Banaras Varanasi UP a good hotel with good room. We stayed for a night after reaching Kashi at night. Had a good stay with morning indian breakfast.
This hotel we booked as it says it has a Rooftop bar. but actually there is no bar in it. there a ground floor sheet roof hut its a Bar stock exchange named 3rd floor.
A 300ml beer with cost you a bomb of 500Rs not worth going there They play loud Hindi Bollywood music. Most of the crowd are young collage going students . we walked out to nearby bar. So if you are planning to book this hotel with bar attached dont go for the same.

I am a regular user of treebo service for both personal & business purposes and have been using their service in various cities over more than a year.
Background:
I had recieved a good service which made me make bookings for my parents and grandparents visiting Varanasi on pilgrimage at TREEBO Trend select Varuna with booking id: TRB-49949836123 and 12603553168.
I had booked a room for a day and two rooms for a day.
1. Booking Facilitation:
My folks reached Varanasi on 28th morning 8am and I booked an extra room from 27th as I was told by treebo that if rooms would be available , I will be informed and won't need the extra day's booking. I did not receive any call from treebo regarding this whereas hotel authorities told my folks there are tons of rooms available which cost me double the money I would have paid otherwise.
2. Room service:
The room service at this treebo is terrible , they don't even serve water properly on time despite repeated requests. The room is not well maintained.
3. Food quality
Treebo boasts of 3 star hotels with "Trend" but the food was not edible and stale. The food is not at par with the money they charge and their restaurant doesn't meet the hygeine or taste standards at all.
4. Sleep & Room Quality
The room quality is nothing like shown on pictures.
My folks who are well above 70 were given a room which had loud music and people screaming next door which I believe is a pub owned by the hotel. They couldn't even sleep a single second.
5. Treebo customer service
Treebo boasts of a " perfect stay or don't pay" slogan everywhere on their website and app. I lodged a complaint on their website, there was no response. I called their "specialist" as they call themselves and lodged a complaint. I was told that their team will get back to me in less than 24hours and it has been more than 2 days and I haven't got any call backs from their side.
It's very dissappointing and I would never really go for treebo again with such an experience.

If you can, do avoid this hotel. Their primary business is a loud and quite happening bar. Not only sound but you will feel the vibration of the loud music till midnight.

If you like to party and remain awake till late night then this is a idea hotel for you.
