We spent 2 nights at this great resort. From the moment we entered we were well-taken care of. Check-in took 2 minutes following which we enjoyed a great rooftop dinner made by Chef Deepak. They were even nice enough to give us a blanket for the safari when they saw that we didn't have one. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the play area. The room was spacious and room service was prompt. They also have cultural music at night which we enjoyed. They made the trip really memorable, special thanks to Surendra, batti, hari and the whole staff.

Stayed at the luxury suites. Rooms were spacious and esthetically done up. The plan included all 3 meals. The resort has lot of things for kids to do like swimming, cycling, outdoor games, pool table, chess etc. Spa was also good and reasonably priced. Staff was cheerful, warm and curteous. Buffets offer good variety and food was tasty. Overall a place worth every penny spent.

Visited the Tigress Resort & Spa in Mar'21. The property is located a little away from the main roads but that isn't much of an issue (the final stretch to the hotel as per google maps takes you via a village and the last stretch is a narrow dirt road). But as soon as you reach the place, you're blown away by how beautiful the property is. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and ever smiling - from Himanshu and Ankit at the front desk to Surendra Ji and Batti Lal in the dining hall. Special thanks to Surendra Ji for always ensuring we had a good meal and going above and beyond to assist us if we wanted something that was off-menu. If I HAD to critique something I would probably just like to mention that when we visited, we had some issues with the wifi in our room (no issues outside the room though) and secondly there were no exhausts in the bathroom. But apart from these small issues, everything was wonderful. The resort arranged for one of our safaris as well and also assisted us with pickup/drop. Thank you again Tigress Resort & Spa! Would love to visit again :)

We visited in the end of Feb 2021 with our family.

Our rooms booked on the ground level were actually allocated on the first floor which made it inconvenient for my parents (senior citizens) but our rooms on the first floor were upgraded and much larger. The hotel leadership offered to move us for the second night to the ground floor but repacking etc was avoidable so we stuck to the allocated rooms.

The best part about our stay was the F&B and service.

There is an unusual level of positive service attitude at this resort which is heartening.

We did some face challenges as the resort was sold out to a group celebrating their anniversary which meant noise until late , which was a problem, as we had to be awake at 5.30am for our morning safari. This caused disturbed sleep and tiredness. We faced delayed response to simple requests like drinking water in the rooms but I am certain this is only because of the large group.

There were some plumbing issues which the resort leadership promised to repair after we informed them at check out.

The WiFi and telephone coverage in our room was poor but the hotel team gracefully provided me with a Jio portable WiFi device which sorted out our concern.

The hotel organized some local folk singers and dancers to come perform by the poolside which was nice.

They also helped us celebrate an occasion by decorating our table during mealtimes , a cake with their compliments (which was delicious) and towel art on our bed.

The food preparations were wonderful but they need to improve the Chinese / Asian food. The North Indian food was outstanding. The South Indian food involved a lot of use of coconut oil. A basic coconut chutney can be tempered with normal oil. It’s like a twist of Kerela inside Tamil Nadu if you know what I mean.

They have an icecream corner on the buffet with the most delicious and soft icecream. The servers even brought icecream for my kids upon request during breakfast. So nice of them!

A stuffed kulcha is not part of the buffet but can be ordered on ala carte basis which we did and enjoyed. The request for fresh lime sodas and other ala carte orders were attended to reasonably quickly. Overall the service was very good.

The vibrant printed kurtas that the servers adorned really catch the eye, so does the wall decor , ceiling and paintings.

Some names that I recall are Mr. Himanshu Gaur (reception) , Battilal (restaurant) and Mr. Ankit (front desk) apart from Mr. Singh the GM. They all managed to make an impression. I also acknowledge the efforts of the service staff whose names I do not recall. Overall , all the staff had a service oriented attitude and glitches / concerns were attended to gracefully.

Out of the plethora of choices of properties in Ranthambore, this isn’t the fanciest but it is value for money and the F&B and service was outstanding.

If I do decide to come back here or recommend this place, it would be because of the staff attitude being nice and I think F&B is such an important part of a holiday and this resort certainly lives up to the expectations.

For those readers who are unsure, I would confidently say, pls stay here. You won’t be disappointed. :-)
