My mother and I stayed at this gorgeous and very reasonable heritage property enroute to Jaisalmer and then on the way back. This is exactly as the other reviewers have described it. The landscaping on this property is the most beautiful I have seen. I would definitely suggest upgrading to the deluxe room as the extra cost is minimal. The deluxe rooms are large, tastefully decorated with Rajasthani touches, very comfortable beds, nice size bathroom, and really nice amenities (I really liked the body cream). The standard rooms are clean and adequate, but are in need of an upgrade which the owner is doing a bit at a time. The food is also quite good, including the buffet breakfast, and you can order off the menu which was also included in our cost (suggestion: book directly with the hotel. It's better in the long run I found out). The charming owner was very helpful with giving us names of places to visit (i.e. nearby Umaid Bhavan Palace) and where to buy (including who to bargain with). The hotel is a mere 5 minutes from/to the airport, but you'll pay the fixed taxi rate at 400-450rs. The extras that we needed (early dinner, copy of passport sent via email) were handled with supreme attention and dedication by Mr. Singh and his assistant (manages the dining room). They are certainly know what "service" means and work hard at it. Highly, highly recommended. You could just sit and relax here all day long it's that lovely.

We have stayed at Devi Bhawan several times in the last couple of years.
We always get a warm welcome and it feels a bit like home. Very friendly staff

They have a beautiful garden and swimming pool area.
The rooms are spacious and nicely presented in a traditional Indian way.

The only downside about the room are the beds they are a bit hard because it is a wooden base with a mattress on it. But after a long day of exploring beautiful Jodhpur you will fall a sleep in no time.

Thank you Rakesh for the lovely stay, we will definitely come again.

The first impression on arriving here gives you of being a very quite and peaceful place, a feeling of tranquility with a beautiful courtyard. Very polite and accomodating staff members. The wash room in no. 8 where I stayed was huge and very clean. The room was very comfortable and clean. Lastly, the food was awesome.
I am glad I chose this place to stay ☺

A wonderful hotel with lush green gardens and patios. The room was spacious with a good sized bathroom. It had small nook with a desk and chair overlooking the gardens.

The service and food was excellent. The pool area was a welcome retreat to cool down and relax.

Lovely hotel with a friendly manager. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and spacious with outdoor seating areas. Manager helped arranged rickshaw for ride into town. Food was tasty and they were happy to bring it to our room when our daughter was sleeping. Wifi good and hot water. Clean pool area but pool was getting cold this time of year. Thank you for a great stay.

No. Don't think they have a suite that big. But they do have big rooms, with adjoining small rooms (on the terrace area), with a small, cozy verandah separating the two. Should be a good choice.
