We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Pleasant Haveli and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Throughout our stay, all the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. We had to extend our stay because my boyfriend was ill, and we were given a more comfortable and spacious room to stay in and one of the staff members (Prem) took us to the doctors and pharmacy on two separate occasions. Another staff member (Lucky) showed us around the ancient streets of Jaipur and we shared chai with him at his favourite place. The receptionist Dilip was so friendly and made it clear from the start that if we wanted anything at all we were to ask. The staff described us as their family, and it really felt like that! We had a late bus the day we returned from the safari and they have a room dedicated to showering/keeping all your belongings and relaxing, which was great. The wifi is good. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious. Everything was super clean. The location is also excellent, 10 minute walk to the fort and even closer walk to some restaurants and shops.

It was super easy to organise the camel safari and desert trip with them, and that was a brilliant experience and was good value for money (2750 rupees per person for everything) The two guides on that were great.

10/10 place - would 100% recommend you stay here in Jaisalmer !

Room Tip: The safari / desert can get cold at night so bring lots of layers!

We loved staying at Pleasant Haveli: great location and excellent value. Our room was very comfortable.
The rooftop restaurant with good views and plenty of space at any time of the day or evening. The menu somewhat limited.
The staff is attentive and kind.
A great choice in Jaisalmer. All important sites are within walking distance.

By far our favorite stay of our India trip yet. The staff were genuinely helpful and kind (shout out to Bheru at the restaurant and Neru and Sanju with the hotel run camel tour). It was a great stay, clean room, good food on the rooftop, quick service, everything you could ask for. Thank you all for being so accommodating and humble!

The rooms are wonderful, very romantic, beautiful and typical. It is as you are in the room of a maharajah ! The staff is very polite and kind. The breakfast is also delicious. Finally, the hotel is very well located in the city (near the haveli and the two best restaurants of the city).

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely haveli. Beautiful view of the fort from the rooftop seated area and restaurant( delicious food!). Our room was very comfortable and very clean. Every member of staff was so welcoming, friendly and exceptionally helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to book the Pleasant Haveli again- highly recommended!

Hi..the first time we got there my family stayed at the ground floor in a 2 adjoint rooms...we asked help from their staff on how to go to a desert safari and they were of great help. They even guide us on how to get to jaisalmer fort. When we came back from the safari we stayed at the second floor..and we stayed at a much bigger and beautiful rooms.wifi is good..no lift but the stairs are not that steep..no spa..the hotel is clean...they even served us breakfast at 4 oclock in the morning when we asked them cuz our driver picked up very early..when we left jaisalmer..
