Good helping front office .We booked A.C. room and they gave us suite,Thanks The location is near to Shri Parashuram Temple ,may be 5/6 km.
Also it is close to Lote Industrial zone at Chiplun taluka. The resort is wel maintained. Swimming pool is not very big but of adequate size with Jakuzzi .The restaurant in the hotels serves delicious food but little expensive. Overall very good hotel with good well maintained amenities at reasonable cost. Service is also prompt. Happy to go there again.

The Hotel and the rooms are CLEAN. The staff is polite & friendly.

The hotel is like an oasis in middle of a Jungle and MIDC. I was really surprised to find such good hospitality in such a remote location.

The ambiance is excellent. Its keeps your spirits up. You get a really warm feeling here.

Unfortunately i stayed there during the Monsoons so i was unable to enjoy the pool and the garden. (it rains really heavy in this part of the world).

The menu is limited but restaurant serves really Delicious food. I still remember the Red Cashew Curry & the Veg. Thali i had :p. The buffet breakfast is all you can ask for. Not to mention the great ambiance in the restaurant as well.

Tip: if you are having dinner on weekends, i would be better if you place the order early & order food in your room

I have been visiting this place for the last two years. (Once in three months atleast). I was pretty impressed by the service, quality of food provided by the the hotel management.

Visited on 22 - 23 April 2014, and was surprised to see the change, the room was dusty, as if not swept for days together. The staff was not as polite as has been always. THe food quality is the same, which is good value for money.

Looking at the increasing multi - nationals and local companies setting up their plants in that area, the hotel i should have geared itself to ensure the guests are happy.

There has been an issue of net connectivity from the rooms, the hotel should provide wi - fi on free basis or chargeable basis, or atleast do something to have proper coverage.

Basic facility like a tea / coffee maker should also be provided (they charge Rs. 40 per cup), complimentary Mineral water bottle can also be added. (they charge Rs. 40 a bottle, the same is available outside for Rs. 20). The Airconditioner in the room does work but does not provide cooling, the A/C and the Fan both on together ensure that you dont sweat.

Luckily there is not other hotel in the vicinity that comes to the standard of PAGODA, hence the hotel is doing good business.

Had a chance to stay at this place in the month of June 2013. Reached the hotel very late in the night. The food served was nice and hot. The room was neat and clean (not to the level of a 5 star place) and comfortable.

Overall experience of the hotel is good.

Morning breakfast not before 7.45, No morning tea at 6.30. No room service from mid-night, Charge you for internet and will never be working. There will be no one at the reception up to 7.00 in the morning from midnight.
The suggestion/complaint form is given to you, you fill it up and dont know where it goes.
This is either a stop over hotel en route to Goa or a business hotel, but with all the above facility working it fits into neither.
