I was checking in a standard room with single bed, the AC sometimes automatically switch off, and warm not hot water in showering bath not stable neither. I called reception there is no one time answering my phone call( probably the phone’s problem) I had to go to reception if AC or hot water issues.. and the night before I check out ( September 12nd 2019) one cockroch was in the room.
The lobby manager in the beginning honestly was very friendly and professional, but during check out regarding about the room rate doubt, he is really mad to his guest, arms crossed feeling like want to start fighting, really unprofessional way and even wear casual clothes.
The breakfast restaurant staff are all very good and friendly, black milk tea is really good. But everyday they serve omelet with 2 toast, never change.
With the hotel price I didn’t expect much, to Rossitta Wood Castle, please pay attention on details, I wish it will be getting better!

Stopped here due to being let down at other premises. What a wonderful find. Big bedroom bathroom with a shower over a bath tub, and a small dressing room leading on to a balcony. Toiletries provided, massive squashy bed. Breakfast served in the courtyard. Staff are so helpful and friendly. The mexican restaurant in the courtyard is fantastic. Great nachos and fajitas. Again very friendly staff. We were told this was mosquito city , so made sure we had plenty of spray. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Can't seek highly enough of this wonderful heritage hotel. This was my third visit to Fort Kochi, the second at this property, and I like this location very much.

The location on Rose Street is unbeatable. I like smaller places and this has a friendly intimate vibe. I had upstair room no. 204 and it was huge and packed with lot of character

I would definitely stay here again.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary last week inside the beautiful courtyard at Rossitta. The food was amazing . All arrangements was done by Manager Suveesh. Really appreciate. The rooms were big and clean. All wooden flooring and architecture. My tip is to take room upstairs . Our room was 202. Wood Mansion. Rainy season makes it more special.

stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while enjoying the kochi the property was great
Staff was extremely friendly and always available to help.

Room is spacious and clean. Everything is within walking distance.

We had a very early checkout (4am) but one of the staff was there to help us with luggage and arrange driver with reasonable rate.

Overall, we loved the hotel , the location and most importantly ,all the staff that work in this great place. Keep up the good work, we will definitely stay here again
