Serves delicious food
Very well maintained room and staff service at its best
Worth every single penny u pay for .
Most attractive thing about Tissas In is its location.
All those attractive places people usually goto is just walking distance from here
Enjoyed my stay there ,
The room, food and hospitality were exceptional. We had a wonderful stay. It was comfortable, it felt like home.
The room was very clean, the staff gracious and food was excellent. The place was well-located, making it easy for us to explore the area.
Tisses Inn was a treat to be for a nice cozy weekend plan. The place has a amazing positivity ambience and from the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the lovely staff. As my child is handicapped they understood the need and provided us a room in the ground floor for our convenience. The food was amazing and I would surely recommend the local delicacies..
overall a great experience made even better with very supportive staff .. looking forward to come back again. Yes
It has taken me a long time to write this review, and I apologize unreservedly for that. I had traveled to Cochin on my own and I never once felt lonely thanks to the fabulous people that make Tissa's Inn what it is.
Kerala is one of my favourite states to cisit, and Cochin is lovely. But my biggest takeaway from my trip honestly was the staff. They make this place what it is. Sanitha, Kristina, Chef Jerry & his crew in the dining room, and my driver Bini... It's been just about two years since my trip and I remember all of them. Every single person went above & beyond to make my stay comfortable, fun and helped me plan my sightseeing trips right down to tiny details. Chef Jerry, a special thank you to you for for introducing me to puttu and kadala curry & banana puttu. I still dream about the food you served up.
The rooms are generously spaced, clean and beautiful. The property itself is well maintained and easy to find, very conveniently located and is in an area where it is fun to walk around.
Would absolutely recommend if you're planning a trip to Cochin.
Thank you for the memories, guys. Really looking forward to being back.
It’s centrally located in Fort Kochi making it an easy walk to sights and restaurants, but it’s surprisingly quiet. Getting a tuk tuk to go further afield is no problem. There are many lovely reproduction Indian antiques displayed around the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean and so was the bathroom. Somehow, the only mosquito bites we got during our 3 weeks in Kerala was on our first night which was in our bedroom at this hotel although no bugs were evident, so do check the room well. Staff were all polite and friendly and booking online was very easy. Breakfast was good, but we felt under pressure to order dinner for that evening at the hotel every time we sat down for breakfast. Training of serving staff needs to be improved to stop this as it made breakfast an unpleasant experience which we rushed through to avoid the hard sell. Plus, it made us choose to eat dinner elsewhere. The only outside space was the rooftop which was comprised of a terrace and small swimming pool.
