we realy felt in love with this hotel, they did check-in in a few seconds, explained everything in details gave us all information, looot of advices where to go in the city good restorants and cityseeings (hotel local restorant is cool as well)

The rooms are great, very large, clean and comfy. The best part was the pool terrace, with the most wonderful sea view. Staff is very friendly and caring, and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I think best for families, as it is far from the noise of the city.
The hotel is located next to Batumi new Boulevard in the first coastline. With beautiful views over the sea and mountains, with friendly staff. Breakfast is very tasty with hugh choice of Georgian and European cuisine. There is a beautiful terrace on the 6th floor, with fantastic views, nice pool, good music and a bar. I highly recommend this hotel!!!
I have been there 6 nights with my family.
The hotel has good facilities, but the rooms are medium-area. We were in the 3rd floor with sea view (balcony). The beds are good.
The hotel is 4.5 km faraway from the city center, thus, we need to call a taxi to the trip. Each taxi run has a different price and it is a madness, because cars are always making rally in the main avenues (Boulevard) and roundabouts, including the Police. The beach in front of the hotel is closed, due to remodelation. The beach is stone, so, be careful.
The organization of the hotel is terrible. Our room wasn't clean when it was delivery to us. Thus, we need to wait in the 7th floor, close to the swimming pool, but without an apologise or a drink. We arrived before the check~in hour and there iis no flexibility to help us arranging a room. We need wait 4 hours for our room, walking in the beach. In the restaurant, there is no invoice, thus, you don't have proof about what you consumed. At the end, the invoice has not information about the meal. Just the total value. The people have natural difficulties in understand and talk English, as well is all the city. Taxis included. The people is flriendly in general. A guy from the reception was our guide in a tour, because there are no tours in English. You can design your tour as you want, take the reception guy and go. At the end, you need to pay two services: tour and guide in English, as normal. The construction of the hotel, despite recent, is in a bad state (see photos). The chair of our room was broken. Too much negative aspects to may recommend this hotel. MOREOVER, THEY STATED THAT MY STAY WAS NOT PAY AND MADE A NEW DEBIT IN MY CREDIT CARD: I'M SOLVING THE PROBLEM WITH MY TRAVEL AGENCY. Too bad to believe. Please, arrange another solution. This hotel is too bad.
