Stayed for 1 night in the Delux room. Hotel is very central. Restaurant on the top floor along with outdoor pool. Decor is very modern and hotel is very central. We had dinner in the restaurant - menu seemed great but food was not nice. We have stayed in 4 different locations in Vietnam and the food was not up to scratch with the other places. Would highly recommend seeing the citadel.

Very centrally located hotel, which seems to be very popular with tourist buses. We were provided with an upgrade to our room, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was nicely furnished, with plenty of space for two people and luggage. The hallway from the lift to the room was a bit tired, but in no way did it impact on our stay. Great variety of food for breakfast. The breakfast area was incredibly busy, but managed well by staff who opened up the area near the pool for seating. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location in a great part of town next to night village and Harry Potter store. Fantastic breakfast and outside deck. Pool is freezing! There are no jets circulating the water so the only way to circulate it is to swim through it!

We were very pleased with this hotel booked for us by a travel company during a group tour. The girls on reception were lovely and although they had limited English did whatever they could to help. Staff at breakfast were not as friendly. The room was very spacious with an enormous bed and a fabulous bathroom with a rainfall shower. Breakfast was good on the 11th floor but the pool area and bar up there lacked any ambience. We chose to use the garden bar downstairs instead. The hotel is located close to all the bars, shops and restaurants. Spa treatments very reasonable and good. it was also my husbands birthday and they left him a beautiful little cake in the fridge, very thoughtful.A great choice !
