Decent prices for location, size of room with private pool and great breakfast! We stayed for 7 nights and exceptional service from all staff.

The only negative was the common area "lobby and breakfast area"--air conditioning was only turned on when a guest walked in. This meant that upon entering the area, it was either very hot or warm. As a suggestion, I would recommend that you leave the air con on during the day. This would provide a more inviting place for all the guests and staff.

p.s. you really should not reuse bedroom slippers.

Located in the old town and close by walk to everything, we've stayed there for 4 nights and I was so sade to leave this place. Tiny and design hotel, all the bedrooms have their own private pool. Only 8 bedrooms available.

The second day, we left the hotel early morning for a day trip to Chiang Rai and the staff have prepared a nice lunch box with drinks without any supplement (and no request from out side) , this was really appreciated. The young staff was so kind, I was feeling home. Thank you to the staff. I recommand

We stayed for 4 night stay from 30 May to 3 June in this unique hotel.

For a new boutique hotel, overall the staffs service were exceeding our expectation. The staff also showed willingness to service the guest, and even presented us with a map of Chiang Mai and highlighted areas of interest.

The location is a bit quiet in old city, and the surrounding area can be improved. However, the room was exceeding expectation, even more splendid than the pictures described, with the huge sunken bath and the private outdoor pool. Anyway, some of the details need to be attend, for eg. lack of shower head for sunken bath, water flow in bath room and etc.

This is a pleasant stay and worth to recommend to all. Hope the management will keep improve their quality.

We stayed for 4 nights in this unique hotel.

When we arrived staff were waiting to greet us and carried our suitcases to reception. Chilled fruit juice was served and then we were given a full explanation of the hotel 's facilities. Before showing us to our room, a member of staff then presented us with a map of Chiang Mai and highlighted areas of interest.

The room was even more splendid than the pictures described, with the huge sunken bath and the private outdoor pool, but what made this hotel special was the attention to detail.

From the top quality huge soft white towels to the professional hairdryer and straighteners everything had been thought of to accommodate guests.

A big thank you to the wonderful staff. We shall be back!!
