I am not one to taking to trip advisor to complain however I wouldn't want anyone staying here and would have benefitted from this advice myself. Staying here for two days we had no hot water or balcony door which shut. Staying as a room of girls, getting changed to leave for the day, we had workmen in for hours over the two days we stayed making it awkward to dress. When contacting reception regarding the free shuttle bus they were rude and couldn't communicate properly, the hotel is very far out and needs this service. When speaking to the staff about how disappointed we are with our stay they laughed, sniggered and stared at the computer screen in front of them. If I could give zero stars I would.
This hotel is far from anything, every taxi gets lost finding it. Stay somewhere more central and don't put yourself through the ordeal.

This was 2nd stayed at Greenview within a calendar, because of its fairly price also adjacent to Ekamai or Thonglor, despite which is located in Prakanong but which only take 10-15 mins to reach there. Shuttle tuk-tuk service also provided on schedule. It takes about 30 mins taxi drive to the Suvarnabhumi airport during non-rush hours.
The studio room is good enough for a single occupancy, with a small pantry, balcony + seperate living room & bedroom. I would like to visit there again on my next stopover in BKK.

Stayed here for our first 6 days in Thailand. 2nd- 7th Dec 2018. We had a Grand deluxe room which was basically a HUGE apartment (150gbp inc. Breakfast for 5 nights). Corner bath, walk in shower, large living area with kitchen and separate bedroom. However there were 3 things that stood out for us during our stay.
The shuttle service which operated every 30 minutes to 4 stops in the area, including the ekkamai BTS station. If you were out and about, you could call the driver to pick you up, no problem.
The breakfast - 10-20 choices including many Thai dishes. Had 5 different ones- all tasty!
The staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate us....
Hidden in the greener (not immediate) suburbs it's quiet. The roof top pool is small but adequate with a good "external" view of the city that lies ahead.
There's a small shop in reception for the essentials (not overpriced).
Would recommend to anyone!
Thank you for your hospitality.
Nick and Marie.

The hotel is in the quiet zone a bit far from main road but they do have free shuttle bus every 20-30 minutes to bus and also pick up . We got our room upgraded for the day we booked was really nice and cozy bed is big living room also good with mini kitchen bar and washing machine. The hotel also has a pool but we didn't use ,bath is average.Every (hotel) information is in the room that was the greatest thing I experienced.

We stayed there last month and have to say the pricing is very fair compared to HK hotel prices. Clean room, friendly staff who also recommended us many nice restaurants and bakeries in the area. We will return in August for sure.

Questions & answers about the rooms

No there shouldn't be. If you have booked a room for 2 people then it doesn't matter where she is from. If you have only booked a room for 1 person I imagine you can amend your reservation to 2 people.
