I was in the property this week for an offsite session with colleagues from work. The view of the Ganges from the top is just awesome. The food too is great. Not the run of the mill hotel food .. but very interesting local cuisines as well.
The only thing that wasn’t to my liking was the crazy climbs to the rooms. I had the topmost room in the property and had to endure harrowing climbing each time. The hotel should either have a ramp or at least make the steps easier.

We are right now staying in the resort we want out of sightseeing the waiter opens the room without asking us dispite we told that we will come from sight seen then we will call you then also the waiter of the resort opens the room and changes the bottle

Hi Varun, Thank you for this insight. Our team does a turn down service and do that everyday so your beds and water is replenished. We are a one shift property and at certain times we need to deliver our promised service, as per schedule, and it is possible that our housekeeping person did not understand this request fully, for which we apologise. Atali Ganga, is the best property in the whole area. You might find properties with maybe better price but the hospitality cannot be matched by anyone. Before coming to Atali, I looked into all the nearby properties- Taj ,Roseate, Neemrana glass house etc. and I am so glad that I didn’t choose another property.
The views are breathtaking. You get the wonderful view of river Ganga and the surrounding mountains from every part of the property especially the cafe.
Cafe White Water is the only cafe/restaurant. The food is fantastic. It is simple without any excess unnecessary spices. You don’t feel heavy or uneasy after having it. Some people here have mentioned that the food variety is less. I feel that it is just apt. Not too much not too less.
The view from upper deck rooms are amazing. You can hear the river from your room balcony. Rooms have yoga mats, umbrellas, enough water, toiletries, almirah, safe for valuables, heater, fan, AC etc. There is no smell in rooms. Super clean. All the cottages are situated at a certain distance which provides a lot of privacy. You will have to climb and walk a lot but it feels really good after some time. Those with some physical health issues or elderly people can tell the management and you’ll get a cottage in lower deck.
The best part of Atali Ganga is the activities. Be it rafting or an early morning hike or an obstacle course.... it’s so great. The kayaking with Vikas and Mukesh , River Rafting with experienced Pankaj, Obstacle course with motivating and ever smiling Sunita, Abbal & Vikas , Hikes with high energy Vikas & Manoj... I can go on forever.
Special mention to HP! Made us really comfortable and our trip so enjoyable.
No other words for this heaven. Don’t think much.. just go for it! I am sure that you would not want to go from here.

Thank you Vaibhav, HP, Bikas and Sunita for making our stay memorable.
Positives:
1. Super clean rooms
2. Good quality buffet, especially early morning chai with a magnificent view :)
3. Bonfire in the evening - where you get to meet other guest and even the resort management makes it a point to make everyone comfortable
4. Activities with safety precautions
5. The view. OMG!
Not so good:
1. There are a lot of steps to get to the cottages and if you have knee issues or very unfit, you won't enjoy here.
2. No room service, except water.
3. Toiletries are very 3-star-ish. Carry your own if you are used to luxury.
4. We had booked a Duplex, but the connecting stairs were from thr outside.
These "Not-so-good" points did not bother us much. We had a gala time. Highly recommend and we will go there again (and again)!

Hey Annie! No TV except for the common area. If ever you have an opportunity to introduce your child to being engaged with non-digital stuff... Atali is it. I think, it's worth a try. Best wishes.
