We stayed here during our family holiday in Tenerife. Our apartment was a 2 bedroom apartment which was surprisingly large and also had 2 bathrooms which was really handy. We had breakfast at the hotel which was amazing and the staff were lovely. Although this hotel is a bit of a walk away from the beach, there is a complimentary bus which you can catch down to both Los cristianos beach and Los America beach. This hotel is also positioned in close proximity to a shopping centre which has lots of lovely restaurants and also has a bus stop where all the free bus's to the waterparks and wildlife parks stop. Overall I think this hotel was great value for money.

We have stayed here 5 times over the last 3 years and have always loved it but for whatever reason (a moment of madness I can only assume!!) I decided we would try a different hotel a bit closer to the beach when we were coming in October half term.......it was a disaster and within 2 days we moved up to the Beverly Hills Suites!! We arrived here from the other hotel at 9am and knew the check in wasn't until 4pm but couldn't get away quickly enough. As soon as we walked into reception it felt like we were home!!! The reception staff were as amazing as ever and our room was ready within 5 minutes of arriving (I did email in advance to say we were moving from the other hotel after booking it on an online booking site). The room we had was one of the best we have had here as it was right by the pool which made it fab for me travelling with my 7 year old daughter. The food was as good as ever, Juan was friendly and welcoming as he always is and the waiting staff in the restaurant combined with the kids club lady made a real fuss of my daughter. Clean pool, great foam party, fab Halloween events during the day and night. I honestly will never deviate from this hotel EVER again - lesson learnt I should have known better and look forward to seeing you all in February. Thank you so much to all the staff!!!

We are staying here at the moment, like others I was a bit wary of coming after reading some of the bad reviews but must say this is a brilliant resort, quiet and slow paced. It is at the top of a hill but I managed up and down twice in one morning with sciatica so it’s not as bad as folk are saying if you are relatively fit! When we arrived on Sunday evening we were given a Studio Standard room, which we had booked. It was B3 right down in a corner, very quiet and private but not a lot of sun getting into the terrace so I asked if we could have a top floor room. The receptionists (Tessa especially) are very helpful and told us to return at 9am next morning and ask for the manager which we did. Maria said we could have an upgrade to one bedroom, sea view, top floor, sun all day but obviously for a supplement of 20Euros a night. We debated and then took it and omg it is amazing, well worth that wee bit extra. The apartment is F402, on two levels, everything you could need, 2 spacious balconies and views that are amazing, watched a beautiful sun set last night! There is a back gate to use to come and go onto the top street so saves going down many, many steps! We are self catering so not eating in resort but there are many places to eat and drink from right outside next door at Jekarta then the Mall down across the road and then many places down the hill that takes you straight down to Los Cristianos! There are a few supermarkets nearby too! The Olive Cafe in the Mall is amazing for food, we have breakfasted there twice! Lovely lady running it! Had a take away Chinese from Golden City last night, very tasty! The Mongolian BBQ looks good too. Many to try! You get 1.12 to the £1 here so prices are really not much cheaper than home but still good value. Lots of entertainment too roundabout, many great sounding tribute artists! Would definitely return, got a really good price for this holiday from Onthebeach holidays! Weather in mid/high 20’s. Just right!

We had 11 nights at Beverly Hills Club (Suites at Beverly Hills) in October. Room was great. Great size and right next to the pool with a view overlooking Los Cristianos.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Special mention to Katherine in the restaurant who went out of her way to ensure the kids had great fun at every meal time.

The kids club didn't start until our 2nd week but this was due to Scotland and England schools having different holidays.

We went half board. In hind sight we would of been better bed and breakfast as the evening meals were not great. However they did cook the kids whatever they wanted which they didn't have to do. There are some great restaurants around the hotel. There is a really nice Swedish guy right next door to the hotel trying to get people into that restaurant. Go in you won't regret it. Also the Mongolian BBQ place just 5 mins from the hotel is fantastic.

Our youngest had an accident in the middle of the night on the last night where she fell out of her bed and cut her eye. Taxi to hospital and 3 stitches later all was fine. The staff the next day were all over her and the woman from the kids club ensured she put more on to keep her occupied as she couldn't swim. Again above and beyond.

All in all a great holiday. Hotel was superb and i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Does not warrant the bad reviews on here in the slightest.

Thanks again Beverly Hills. Will hopefully see you soon.

ps Cardiac Hill is an exaggeration. Plus taxi from the bottom is 3 euro. However if you have a mobility issue ask for a room around the bottom pool as loads of steps everywhere else.

Stayed at Beverly Hills twice now and enjoyed both stays, staff are friendly and always willing to help, The buffet breakfast is good also and sets you up for the day, THere is a free coach that starts at 10 am and does various pick ups on the way down into Las Americas and just a short walk to the beach, THere are a lot of stairs if you are unfortunate enough to bag allocated a room at the top. But as I say the staff will help out and once you are checked in it's sometimes easier to walk around the road way to your room as we did ( or taxi ) Overall tho very good value for money and not too far to walk to the beach / town
