The best hotel on Montenegro coast, excellent room, nice staff, very good food and spa center. The beach that belongs to hotel could be better. Common space are above the standard of 5 stars. A lot of focus on each and every detail.
We had a couple of nights recently at this lovely hotel. All the staff were excellent, from reception to the wait staff, we arrived early off a boat and we were allowed into the room at 10.00 am which was so good. We had half board which is not normally how we like to eat but the food was varied and very good, each night we had many different options. Breakfast was also excellent. They had a lot of smoothly options plus lots of hot choices. We were in a very spacious 1 bed apartment in the annexe just off from the main hotel with a lovely sea view. The hotels location right on the promenade toward the new marina meant it was within reach of the old town but much quieter with a lovely clear swimming area with plenty of sun lounges if that’s your thing (not ours). Would definitely stay here again if back in Hercig Novi, a gorgeous town by the way, not so touristy as Budva or Kotor but big enough to gave a lot of dining and drinking options.
What a find!
Still blown away by this hotel in the Bay of Kotor (a 30 minute walk from Herzog Novi). The hotel has been built within a restoration of an old building and has been done with love, from the courtyard used for breakfast, the rooms and the bar by the harbour.
Stunning room, beautifully designed and up there with one of the best hotel rooms have had the opportunity to stay in.
Gorgeous harbour restaurant with some of the best food had in Montenegro.
All this backed up by superb service. We were only at the hotel for 2 nights and wish that had made this hotel the centre of our stay in Montenegro.
We have just spent a week at the Lazure Hotel and had a great week. The hotel is stunning, beautiful fittings and fixtures. The staff were so attentive- nothing too much trouble. Fabulous breakfast with everything you could want - eggs cooked in every way. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh bottled water supplied daily. We stayed in a Suite (lucky upgrade!) which was gorgeous... lovely bathroom with shower gels and shampoos regularly replenished. I hope that they manage to keep the feel of the hotel when it is enlarged because it is beautiful... beach was great too, very clean and clear water. Highly recommended!
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday to the Lazure Hotel with our 12 year old twins. The hotel was everything we'd hoped for. A super large family suite, with two king sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and nice touches such a coffee machine and daily complimentary water. A few more hooks to hang towels/swim wear would be welcome as it's hard to dry things with the air con. A balcony would have been ideal but this isn't possible with the restoration of this old building. The public areas are stunning in design, all greys and whites - very relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful and dinner at the Rosemarine restaurant was delicious. We ate at the local restaurants mainly. There are a few in the village itself (within 5 mins walk) and then many more along the promenade to Herceg Novi town. The beach is pebbly so take flip flops or aqua shoes but the sea is crystal clear and the beach restaurant v nice, with lots of choice. We used the pool and spa everyday, and most of the time we were the only ones there. A private spa, how nice! There are many facilities such as sauna, steam, jacuzzi, hamman, salt room and relaxation area. Recommend the private boat trip with Stefan to the blue cave. €120 for 2 hours with lots swim stops and information. Finally a huge thanks to all the staff of the Lazure who without exception were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Danica for her advice and welcoming smile. We can't wait to come back one day.
