Between 12-13 October 2019, there is an opportunity to visit Pattaya and stay Ana Ana hotel is the first time. This hotel is quite far from the main road. But when arriving at the hotel, it is very beautiful while waiting for the room. The staff recommends taking the kids to play at the kids club to wait for the room.
Inside the Kids club, there is a ball house and an tunnel for children to play activities while waiting. Kids club staff smiling and good service to help, and play with my kids In addition, the Kid Club room is adjacent to the fitness center. Leave a child for a short time. Then come to exercise, trainer (Sam) to advise well Regarding various exercise postures, the fitness center has quite a full set of equipment. But the area may be a little bit
There are 3 pools but the highlight is in the pools with slides. Which way to the beach name of the pool is double decker . The slider will be on the 2nd floor and there will be swim tube for people who come to play. But the swim tube have little bit, which in the evening the children are a lot But there are lifeguards standing at various points to watch for safety.
In the morning, the restaurant will have a lot of people. Because coming down together, have to stand and wait If the restaurant is bigger than this, it's very good
Overall, enjoy staying here. Children like it. The swimming pool, the service staff are good. Next time the long weekend will come back again. Thank you for the good service.
This hotel is superb! There are many things that are good about this hotel. Let's start from the staff. The service of the staff is all-around amazing. The food here is mediocre at its best! It might be expensive, but the dessert will make your trip worth it. The room is also amazing, it's clean and comfy. But don't Come to this place here or holiday because it's a nightmare. All-around amazing!
The hotel was just under soft opening when we stayed and some part of the hotel was still under construction. (But there was no noise pollution though.)
The design of the hotel is chic and modern with large room size. We stayed at the ocean front room with bathtub at the balcony with unobstructed ocean view. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast is ok but we don't like the coffee!! The hotel provide big and small swan balloon for photo taking at the swimming pool.
If you prefer a more quite side of Pattaya, this is the hotel.
New hotel with some parts still under construction, still is under soft opening.
We had booked a seaview deluxe king directly on the hotel website and were upgraded to a grand seaview deluxe, so with a bigger room, however unlike the photo on the hotel site all “seaview” rooms have a partial seaview (still not bad from our room though, see picture) - to get a room facing the sea you will need to book one of the “ocean view / ocean front” rooms.
Room is big, modern and clean with a free standing bathtub and a shower. All rooms of this category seem to have a decent balcony with a table and a couple of chair.
Our floor seem to have been full, so we can reasonably say that sound proofing is great as we never heard our neighbors.
There are two pools by the main building (in fact a double decker pool) with a slide linking the two, and another pool in the reception building which is meant to be a more quiet pool. The restaurant is right across the downstairs pool in the "bliss" building.
The buildings are very modern, Industrial and architect like style, although this is very nice it’s a bit peculiar here and lacks warmth. It’s very grey and the pools that look spectacular at first create a weird feeling when you are in the restaurant and just facing a concrete wall.
Right by the pool extremity and end of the building there is a nice green lawn with lounge chairs, a large khlong with a bridge, then another lawn, and a small beach. All is well maintained and looks very nice.
We were there for a long week end and the pool got very busy in the morning with families, unsure about the amenities capacity when all the rooms will be in service.
As a result, the environment downstairs was very noisy as the wall maintaining the double decker pool closes the space and it creates some echo.
Unfortunately the rooftop bar was not yet open but with no doubt it will be spectacular.
Very good food over all, and reasonable prices considering the hotel standing.
Breakfast is truly amazing with great choice and quality really fresh products. However the wait for lunch and dinner can be extremely long. We waited over 1:30 for our food once when there were 8 tables in the restaurant at the time we sat down.
So there is defintely room for improvement there on the kitchen side. We had asked to be served together on that evening, one of the dish came cold and we were told that basically it was normal since they had to wait for the second dish :)
I appreciate that Thailand does not have that culture of each his own dish, but in a hotel of that category it should at least be possible when requested.
Last but not least, super friendly and helpful staff all over the hotel, really! We were the only couple of foreigners this week end, everyone was super nice with an above average to perfect English. There are a lot of staff everywhere, all are cheerful, smiling and nice, I had the feeling that they were happy to be there too and it's actually quite nice!
To conclude, nice and clean modern place, maybe to try again another time at a quieter period: we were there for a long week end, hotel was full with families.
