I wish I had more positive things to say. The location seems poor it is not so close to Reutlingen so you need to drive back if you've had a dinner in Reutlingen.
It is close to a major road so you have that noise. But at night the road is quite quiet.

During my stay the bar and restaurant had a crowd of 2 people. So forget about enjoying a fun night here.

Overall very disappointed

The hotel over all was not very impressive. The front desk staff did not show up for about 10 minutes when I was checking in. The room I rented was very very small (10x8). The bed was a twin and that was OK but again no A/C. I left the window open. They only had 2 English channels (news). They didn't have a iron. The wifi was free but didn't work very well. It didn't even work in my room. Over all, I would not stay at this hotel again. Just me.

The hotel is quite big, not so far away from the city center.
There is also a SPA, but we didn't see this.
The service people were really kind and friendly.
In my opinion I will aspect more for a 4 stars hotel, it looks like the good times are already gone.
The room has a kind of smoke smell, the bad was clean, good breakfast.
I thought to find something better.

The first impression of the hotel with the always friendly and helpful staff at the reception and the bar behind is very positive. The breakfast buffet is good and offers many different kinds of cheese, ham, breads, jams etc.
The restaurant in the basement has very few variety, and only 1 meal for vegetarians. The staff is bored and not really willing to work, the menu seams to change never...
The hotel is supposed to be a 4 star business hotel and can not provide a working internet connection for several months... (4 visits in the time of february to june 2015). The beds are sagging and the rooms are noisy, you can hear the flush of many toilets around your room and also the elevator is loud. If your room faces to the highway beside, you have traffic noise too.
If you want to use the indoor pool or sauna, you will be extra charged for this services.

Stayed at the Fortuna for one night while visiting a local company. Reception staff was friendly, room was clean and well equipped, but furniture a little outdated. Breakfast was good with some nice choices. Lunch and dinneris also served in an extra restaurant, food was ok and staff very friendly. Overall recommendable for a short stay, prices were also quite reasonable.
