We stayed at this property for only one night. We were sad to leave and wished we could have stayed longer. Patrizia is a wonderful host! She is so pleasant, warm and welcoming. She is very helpful with directions and restaurants. She is very concerned about her guests and wants you to feel comfortable. Her house is immaculate and everything is in its place. The kitchen, refrigerator, cupboards...everything was fully stocked. There are 2 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom (not ensuite). We were the only guests in the house and we felt like it was our home. There is a sitting area on the side of the house and also a backyard with more seating. The owner lives in the house next door. Patrizia supplied slippers and bathrobes. This was a great experience and we are so happy to have found this B&B!!! We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this property!!! Grazie mille Patrizia!!!

From an unassuming driveway enter the door to this apartment and it is stunning in presentation. We stayed 2 nights with friends.
The bedrooms are spacious with bathrooms which are separate but easily accessible.
The decor is very smart and fresh and the whole place very clean.
There is an outdoor garden and courtyard very spacious and relaxing.
The owner provided an amazing array of breakfast items and general stock of the fridge was far more that expected.
It is close to all the major attractions of the area although a car for ease of access was best.
The owner was more than helpful and attentive at all times.
A great stay.

This BnB was a most satisfying experience with southern italian hospitality expressed by the hostess in a most charming and attentive manner. We felt very comfortable, very relaxed, very safe and at home.
There are 2 double rooms, (one with an extra bed) each with its own bathroom located outside of the bedroom but privately accessible. The joy of the house is that there is a sunny and bright atmosphere and direct access onto a private garden with shady sofa, and shaded table and chairs for 4. Overlooks green and peaceful countryside.
It is in a UNESCO world heritage location at the Belvedere of San Leucio, a model project from the 18th century for a silk factory for the Bourbon King Charles who had the nearby Regia (Royal Palace) built at Caserta.
We chose to stay there in an exploratory visit to Montecassino, the Amphitheatre at Capua Vetere, arriving that evening, and to dedicate all of the following day to the Royal Palace and gardens at Caserta (spectacular and well worthwhile) and then to continue to Pompeii the following day (less than one hour by car).
From Rome it is 2 hours drive directly to this BnB.

The BnB itself has all of the comforts and accessories of a hotel, and is impeccably clean. hostess provides bathrobes and slippers and all accessories similar to a 3 or 4 star hotel.

You have full access to the kitchen (hostess lives in separate premises next door) with cooking utensils, stocked refrigerator including mineral water to take out on your walks and excursions, so you can make a sandwich or a hot drink if you want to at any time.

The breakfast was complete with all of the usual foods such as fresh fruit, yoghourt, milk, a variety of teas and coffee, nesquick, biscuits and cookies, and the hostess even went and brought us fresh local pastries called sfogliatelle (to die for). The TV was satellite, wifi access excellent, plenty of plugs for charging phones and computers.
Restaurants nearby were good and the hostess is very informed regarding the things to see and do, and where to go to eat, in the area.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, even a fireplace and wood (we didnt need it). And fresh flowers.

My personal recommendation would be to take the whole apartment with the 2 rooms to ensure total privacy, if you don’t care to share with people that you don’t know in the second room. The difference in price would still make the stay a very worthwhile solution with an excellent quality/price ratio. Would highly recommend if you want to avoid confronting Naples.
