One the most welcoming places I have stayed in so far. Mr. Iqbal and his entire management went to great extents to make sure that the guests have quality time without leaving any room for complaints.
Food was good and plenty.
Cultural program was a fantabulous spectacle of artists including Kalbaliya, Ghoomer dancers, sufi singers, and circus acts. It was a unique experience.
They also arranged Camel rides and Jeep safari in the desserts where we enjoyed Dune bashing.
Celebrated my wife's birthday at the camp on 21 jan . rooms were v nice and tidy as no mat is used and all floor is wooden or tiles. Both tents and cottages are v good. V frequent room service and food was v tasty and hygienic especially dinner. Cultural programme in the evening was very enjoyable. Jeep safari and camel ride provide by the resort was good . there r a plenty of camps here but only a few are good . a local officer got me booked this one . sam sand dunes is a must visit place and a place like rosani really makes ur tour worth. Try to get a deal on arriving there rather than online booking.
Rojani Resort truly lives up to its name as the word Rojani literally means "clean and good location". This desert camp is spick and span and very well located just opposite to the sunset point. Complementary camel safari is the best part of the trip. Just a tip, Reach the sunset point well in advance of the sunset time to soak up the desert ambience. Prior to the camel safari, be sure to go for the adrenaline charged Jeep Safari. All the amenities like Food quality, staff service and the evening cultural program provided in the midst of the desert is very very satisfactory.
Room tips: Super Deluxe Cottages have the best desert view to offer.
Decent Resort with most of the facilities taken care of. It was pretty cold (not unbearable) and they offered more blankets. They take you to the sunset point around 4.30. get you bk by 6.15. You are greeted with Dholak and they offer free bhajias, aloo papdi and chana along with chai. Bhajias were not great.they were supposedly palak bhajias.
Then you have a traditional folk session. Then you a DJ session and it starts with someone singing old numbers.
Then you are served dinner which is good enough. Back to your room. DJ stops at 10. Morning 6.30 you get piping hot water and then teas as well. Breakfast is served at 7.15. we had toast butter jam,Poha, poori and Chole and upma. Tea and coffee also is served along with that.
They charge u GST if I don't pay by cash and don't provide a bill
The bedsheet had stains but that's ok in a desert.
The camp looks pretty average. The only thing i like is room service. The staff was very cooperative.
The folk dance and show was pretty average. Nothing too exciting.
Camel ride was fine. But the camel owner will start telling you to pay extra to go to a far place where you can enjoy more. But thats not worth it.
Instead book a jeep and visit the deset in jeeps. Don’t pay more than 1500 for jeep ride. Make them stop at the desert otherwise they won’t stop and bring you back in 30 mins.
Food at the place was good. I thought food will be severed to us. But it was buffet. Taste was good although.
You can visit this camp or you can try some other camp in the centre of deset only if you have an SUV for a little off-roading.
