Hi, do you do interconnecting rooms? I need a room for just me and my daughter (in a cot), what would be the best room to book? Thanks.

Came for Son's graduation in Bournemouth. Room very spacious, clean. Nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Had full English breakfast in the pub adjoining Premier Inn. Was able to get ready in the room the morning of the graduation as check out time was 12 noon.
Very good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Finally! A correctly adapted room for wheelchair users with a low bed (which could be raised) and a huge wetroom. Well done Premier Inn - you have have got this right and so few hotels do. Very helpful staff, great value.

Excellent room and facilities but it was a shame you could hear the snoring person in the room upstairs like they were in your room with you. The only benefit of that would be you could use a spare pillow to quieten then down a bit!

Room smelt of dogs, the staff obviously realised it as the window was wide open when we got there even though it was cold and raining.

Pub next door is grotty, service for breakfast was really poor and the food was served cold.

Just avoid it, other ones in the area are far better.

Response from WhitbreadHotels, Guest Relations at Premier Inn Christchurch West hotel
Responded 3 weeks ago
Hi there

Thanks for taking the time to share your review.

It's a shame to hear there was an unpleasant smell in your room and that the food provided in the restaurant next door wasn't up to our usual standards, this certainly isn't the experience we want for our guests.

I've raised your comments with the Hotel and Restaurant Managers so they can follow this up internally and they'll do everything possible to ensure these parts of your stay are improved on.

We hope you'll give us another chance in future for a much better stay.

Kind Regards

Amy

Hi fishfacenellie Thanks for your query. You call the hotel team on 0333 777 4616 (option # for Reception) and they'd be happy to see if they'd be able to assist, alternatively you can order a takeaway to be picked up from the Reception to take to your room. Hope this helps. Regards Amy Thacker Premier Inn Team
