This is such a great place to stay. On the 7th floor of a solid building, there is a lift, a spacious apartment containing about 4 guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms. We felt like we were in our own apartment, kitchen/dining room had everything a home would have. A long terrace with beautiful views of Rome and pot plants. Everything was fresh and clean, only been renovated 2 years ago. Luciano was the perfect host, quietly laying out breakfast every morning and coffee and tea to consume 24/7. Grazie Mille Luciano, hope to come back one day!

Excellent central location. The room was very comfortable and set up nicely. The bed had an excellent mattress, a nice private attached bathroom. Everything was new and the whole place (everything) was exceptionally clean. Right near a metro stop (Manzoni), a bus stop, and easy to get to and from Termini. The Colosseum was within walking distance. Museo Storico della Liberazione di Roma is also just around the corner. The elevator is old and small and can be a tight squeeze with other people and luggage. Self-serve breakfast was ok and could have used a little bit more variety. The owner was accommodating.

What an amazing Guest House. This met all expectations and more. It looked exactly like the photos and website. It was glean and spacious with wonderful views from the terrace. Breakfast was as expected and most tasty and fresh. The owner / Manager was friendly and very helpful.
As we were only leaving Rome at 17h00 he allowed us the use of a room until we left. We were thus able to return after a hot day of touring and shower before leaving for the airport and long flight back to Cape Town. The lift to the 7th floor was interesting and was faulty but thus was immediately repaired once we reported this. It was 100m from the red line metro and 800m from the Colosseum. I can highly recommend this establishment.
