Enjoyed 4 nights in a spacious, comfortable and safe room with private bathroom. Room was very clean and fresh towels were provided each day. Room faced out on busy street but there was no issue with noise. Excellent location and value for money, will definitely return.
Quite difficult to find initially as the entrance to the building has no indication as to the fact that it's the hostel, unless you were to walk up to the door and see "Rayuela" on the buzzer to get in. Well placed, with plenty of nice shops and places to eat nearby and a number of metro stations within a 10 minute walk. The women at the registration spoke no English which, while not an indictment against the hostel, did prove to be a little problematic. Room was clean overall, and no difficulty sleeping, good beds and pillows.
I was only there for one night and for that, it did the job. Wouldn't be somewhere I'd stay for much longer than that.
-Well placed hostal in the famous comercial road of fuencaral.Very closed to the city of Madrid.10 min far from Puerta de Sol on foot and from the most of the monuments in the city.
-Well equipment room but not air conditioned and a little bit smelly
-The beds are not so convenient and small for tall people.
-No refrigirator in the room
-Good wifi signal
The hostel is in an excellent position if you like night attraction, clean and not noisy but our room was really small, just to fit the bed. There was no window in our room but only in the bath that was directly connected by a glass wall. The bath had a really nice shower. Room number 7. See the picture attached.
Generally satisfied. Though we faced some problems when we arrived - the front door was locked and it was not easy to get in. We called the hostel phone number, but there were some language problems. The hostel is placed on the 4th floor and the reception is also there. Noise from the corridor made by the other guests coming in the night was quite annoying. Staff are generally nice, room OK. The biggest plus is a central location.
