My husband, toddler and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was awesome! I was skeptical with it being a Best Western, but after reading several reviews, I thought I'd take the risk and book it. What a pleasant surprise!

The location is very central so you can walk everywhere. You are within minutes of shops, restaurants, playgrounds and the beach. It truly couldn't have been better.

When it comes to cleanliness, I am VERY PICKY and rarely feel, (almost), as comfortable in a hotel room as I would my own home, but I did here! We had the delux room with a king bed and sofabed on the third floor - exactly as pictured above - which was very spacious and had an awesome wrap-around balcony that our daughter loved.
The lobby and breakfast area are also new and clean.

The only negatives were that there didn't consistently seem to be enough hot water to shower and the phone in our room didn't work. We had informed the front desk staff of the latter on the first day and they were supposed to send someone up to fix it but it never happened. Also, there is an extra charge for breakfast which we took advantage of one day; however, we felt it was overpriced for what it was.

I am still giving the hotel 5 stars because I can't give 4.5 and I really liked everything about it. The front desk staff was friendly and due to the feedback about the phone and hot water, the fees for breakfast were waived which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Clean, comfortable room . Delightful staff. Well located to get to Place Mesena,Old City and Promenade Des Anglais. It is three blocks from the well run tram. We would stay there again if we return to Nice.

We booked this hotel out of necessity as our return flight was cancelled and we were desperate to find accommodation for one night. Recently refurbished hotel with very welcoming front desk staff. We were offered cold water and cool towels immediately which was an excellent gesture, we were sat down in a very cool lounge while checking us in, so no standing around, then we were shown to our room and everything explained by a lovely member of staff. Lovely rooms, very cute specially the bathroom. All little nice touches, even free cold mineral water in the mini bar. Complimentary glass of wine in the evening and very restful night! Will definitely go to good memories 📂!

This hotel is incredible! I’m defently staying here the next time i travel to Nice aswell. The hotel is completely renovated (opened one month ago) and gained four stars. We stayed there for 7 nights, and we had no issues at all. We loved it! The style of the hotel is also so pretty. Good breakfast, gorgeous rooms, great service and the location is the very best thing! Very central to the resturants, stores and the beach. 10 minute walk to the trainstation and the «metro» that goes from the airport to the city it 2 minutes away. It is not a huge hotel, which i like. It’s more personal, and when we had breakfast it was never full of people, sometimes we were alone aswell. Nothing but good things to say. The aircondition was also very good. We had a smaller room, but we saw bigger rooms if that is necessary for you. But I loved the size and style of the «smaller» ones aswell. Highly highly recommend!
