Very clean block of apartments BUT lots broken in the room and 4th floor with no elevator. Lovely receptionist and great parking facilities for the area. The pictures do not accurately reflect the experience, its much worse. Aircon was broken too so window open and because it is a student block one party till 2am one evening but too hot with window closed!
Stank of smoke when walking in, bed sheets had hairs in then and also cigarette burns in the cover. Myself and my partner both were covered in bed bug bites in the morning. We would have left if we had not already paid an extortionate amount of money to stay there. Avoid this place at all costs.
The room is great with AC, kitchen, bathroom, and all the required equipment. The receptionist and cleaning staff are great to talk to and are prompt to address any request. The location is great, close to the city center but also away from the city noise, the view is also fantastic. Other facilities like wifi washing machines and food vending machines are also great. The price is reasonable, but it would be great to have rooms at lower rates for longer stays. Overall a great experience nevertheless!
For rail travelers, not a 100% convienient location but for the price, no complaints. Main issue was that the room allocated was not vacant though the correct key for the room had been provided. There was no 'out of hours' telephone number posted and were it not for the assistance of one of the residence who contacted the concierge, we would not have had a room to stay in as the concierge, once she arrived on site, had to allocate us another room. So after a long train journey from London, this was not a good start as it took over an hour before we were able to get into an apartment and start our stay. The Concierge was very helpful and she deserves an 'Excellent' rating (also very helpful during our stay) but the appartment mix-up and the lack of an out of hours number (we had booked for late arrival) is really inexcusable hence a service rating of only 'Moyen'
We stayed here for 4 nights but you probably wouldn't want to stay for much longer than that. Rooms are like studio apartments - a bedroom with small shower room and kitchenette attached. The shower consists of a square for drainage plus a curtain, so we had to be careful not to accidentally spray water over the floor by not having the curtain positioned inside that square. The kitchen has fridge, hobs, sink and a microwave, but crucially no kettle or bin! Otherwise the bed and wardrobe space were reasonable so I would recommend for a budget holiday. Also, the hotel is positioned a little outside the city itself (10 min walk) which is only really a problem when you've got suitcases.
