Booked this hotel with a lot of months in advance with a good deal and was a bit surprise. This hotel outside it’s so pretty, with his unique architecture and it’s red so it’s speaks to you! When you enter you’ll find a beautiful lobby and bar areas, really nice and simple decor, with lots of plants and pops of colors! People at front desk were amazing, really friendly and helpful when needed. We arrived really early so our room wasn’t ready so they offer to keep our luggage. Our room was amazing, really spacious, clean, simple and nice decor. Bed was amazingly comfortable, nice big pillows, cozy couch close to the window. View wise was good, we were at 9th floor so we had a privileged city view as we asked for. I really like the bathroom area, sink and mirror in the middle with shower and toilet itself separated, was really cool actually. If you travel with partner with light sleep maybe not the best but I’m sure hotel can provide other bathroom options. This worked for us, find it really natural and well designed in order of room structure. I can’t forget to talk about the cozy robes, they were from sweatshirt material, I really wanted to bring one with me , I didn’t i swear, but trust me they are really nice, and the sleepers were to, with great design itself. The drinks in fridge are complementary and they restock every day, still water, sparkling water and juices. You can find also a kettle and teas / coffee. The hotel took in consideration that I asked for something special for my boyfriend birthday, nothing much but I wanted something to him and they were really nice and as we arrived our room we found in the desk one plate with chocolate cake and macaroons, and a birthday card, wich I think was so nice of them, this shows what I really wanted you to know, they are nice and friendly in this hotel, they take in consideration your orders if they can. The bar had some really cool drinks with good prices and you can enjoy also with music, they have a DJ with a really cool vibe. The only thing that I personally have to stand out was the Breakfast, for me was not the best, didn’t had many options, and the ones you have are nothing special, for example, scrambled eggs were always cold and were flavorless, fruits had poor presentation and poor options, I was expecting much. But this is my opinion, could be very good for other people I’m sure, I was just expecting more due to all experience. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, is so closed to the center, 7 minute walk and you can find the central library and lots of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. You can ask for a MAP at front desk I’m sure they gladly will help you as they did with us. One of my favorite thing about this hotel was the simplicity and informality of the staff and decor and ambience wise. Thanks everyone in this hotel.

We have just spent a night in one of the lifestyle suites. The room offers great accommodation and the bed was very comfortable, we had a problem with the fan in the bathroom which wouldn’t switch off this did keep disturbing us. The breakfast is not great with no orange juice available. Overall a good location but not blown away.

We stayed in Room 715. The city view was decent and the room was presented cleanly. We were visiting for my wife's birthday and the staff had left her a card and some fruit which was a nice touch.

Our aircon wasn't very effective at cooling the room. We had it set to cool, max speed and the lowest temperature (18C) and our room was still hot.

Also, on the Saturday night a few of the rooms around us were having a party after midnight for a few hours. They were running between rooms, shouting and screaming at each other. It felt like a party hotel, rather than the relaxing, serene hotel it is billed to be.

Stayed here as I had training in this building too.
I was traveling from another town had to set in middle of the night. I arrived in Manchester around 7.30am and went straight to the hotel. I was so grateful that they let me check in straight away so I could freshen up before the start of the training session.
The room was immaculate and bed was crisp clean and so comfortable. Had a very good nights sleep. Didn’t want to get up in the morning
The shower was nice and hot!
can’t really fault a thing.
Staff are really friendly and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It was worth the money!
Looking forward to staying here again.

We stayed for 1 night to go to a gig. Git a well.priced room for a Sat night <£100. The room and hotel were stylish and slick, DJ playing in the bar and again for breakfast. Good nights sleep with little noise but bathroom is very open with a separate toilet (with door). Breakfast was included and had a decent range of stuff. Most things are a walkable distance with a tram nearby if you want it. We would stay again.

Good Afternoon, You would need to book a Premium Room if this was for 3 people - this gives you a Kind Bed plus a Double Sofa Bed. All other room types can only accommodate 2 persons. Hope this helps, Claire

Hi, There is a sofa in a lifestyle suite, however it is not a sofa bed. If you require a sofa bed, then you should reserve a Premium Room.
