We had a little trouble finding it initially in what appeared to be an abandoned industrial estate.
Within 1km of city centre and Victoria station but wasn’t convinced we were in a safe district. Our first time in Manchester.
Staff were helpful on phone when our room wasn’t ready at 3pm. Turns out they are just next door, we went to get some supplies and didn’t end up in our room until 7pm, some were still waiting. Didn’t bother us but could be a deal breaker for some.
Room was very small for family of four, plenty of other options around but someone else booked ours so that’s why we stayed. We wouldn’t stay again but definitely not a long stay option and not a special occasion location.
Parking is free on the street, there’s not much competition for parking.
As always depends on your expectations.
Stayed with my partner and two children. Bedroom was very big. Had everything we needed space wise. Great location, lovely clean & tidy. Comfortable and cosy. Great staff. Loved the smart tv. Will be staying again and would recommend.
I was staying in Manchester for a gig in the arena and picked this apartment because it was walking distance to the arena! Oy was quiet area. We walked from picadilly to the apartment but Victoria station is much closer.or we could have gotten a tram from Piccadilly to the arena I think. It was a great price- could get an apartment that sleeps four for the price of a hotel room for 2. Really lovely bathroom and great choice of cushions!!! It was handy and meant we didn't have to go out to eat which was a real plus point for us. We ran into some helpful staff who helped us check in and out which i appreciated so we didn't have to bother with codes and lock boxes. It was a lovely apartment but there was only one mirror and it was in the bathroom so was hard to do hair and make up - my only complaint. I am a happy customer and would definitely stay there again if going back to the arena : )
