Right in the centre of Leamington and the room was a comfortable as one expects from Premier Inn - plenty of restaurants close by. Only down side was no free parking on site but there was a multiple storey about five minutes away.
Me and a friend stayed here for one night and were happy with our stay. Staff on front desk were friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean, exactly what we wanted. The only problem was overnight, the air conditioning unit made a humming noise all night even though it was off. This was a bit annoying and did keep us awake for a bit.
We had breakfast in the morning which was the choice of a cooked breakfast or a continental breakfast which included pastries, yoghurts and fruit. There were also hot and cold drinks available. It was a lovely space with plenty of tables, although it wasn't too busy anyway.
The hotel is based along the high street and there are lots of places to eat in the evenings. We went to Nandos but there were other places available, just a few minutes away.
All in all, a lovely stay which we were both happy with.
Very slow check in- queue built upwhilst only one staff on duty.
Room was average but was basement room that looked and (and Smelt) like a cellar.
Breakfast over priced and limited.
Parking nearby but no direct route, had to walk round building with suitcase- not ideal for mobility limited people.
Really good premier inn Leamington spa town centre helpful staff very friendly room really good clean quite all in all a really nice stay well close to all shops and centre would really recommend this premier inn
Have used Primer Inns 3 times a year at least for the past 7 to 8 years , found this to be grossly over priced for the room we were provided .From the main lift had to lug suitcases up & down stairs ,through narrow corridors .Now in my mid 60s consider this unacceptable for a room costing £100+ for £50 would accept the inconvenience.
The room was superposed to have been checked before we moved in but there was no hot water in the basin tap only cold .Had we not arrange to met family that night would have asked to be moved ,requested a refund or took a chance in a B&B .
This time felt let down by Premier Inns
