The room was comfy, nice and clean. There was a lot of choice for breakfast for everyone.
I just wish I went to eat my evening meal out as there was a lot of wait for each dish when the restaurant was mostly empty.
The hotel is in a great location and close to Leeds city centre.
We had 3 rooms booked, and not impressed that one of our rooms had been allocated to another guest and walked in the room just ahead of us. Blood stains were found in the bathroom around the bath which was very unpleasant.
Staff were great and happy to help.
One of the new premier inn’s, very nice. Lots of space in the room, comfy bed and large TV on the wall. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. On site restaurant, with pub style menu. Food was good and breakfast was also good.
As I have stayed here previously, I had high expectations upon my return. I wasn’t disappointed. It’s been seven months since my last stay and yet I was recognised as soon as I entered the property. The people at the property made me feel welcome and as though I was at home when I came in from work each day.
Room was very clean as I have come to expect at all Premier Inns, as were all of the common areas. The restaurant was very clean and the food was excellent.
As always the hotel was good value for money all around. Thanks to the excellent staff Christopher, Ryan, Barbara, Charlotte, George, Daniel, Andrea, and Kristie.
Reasonably priced, easy to get to, and check-in was hassle-free. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff on the front desk and the cleaners were all very polite and friendly. Premier Inns are pretty reliable, but can vary in terms of cleanliness, wear-and-tear, and noise - this one was as close to perfect as a Premier Inn can get. I stayed here while in the city for a music festival, and will definitely stay here again if I attend next year.
