The room was like a sauna - with no opening window for natural ventilation, Resulting in a very poor nights sleep !!
The bed was comfortable but the duvet was so warm the lack of natural ventilation made sleeping very uncomfortable,
Apart from that we couldn't wait to leave to experience some fresh air !!

Room rate for a Thursday night was £49 this was reasonable and worth every penny, I then added on the £24.99 meal deal that includes dinner and breakfast.

On arrival we were greeted by Hollie, she was polite, friendly and very pleasant.
She made conversation with my son

Friendly members of staff and if I'm in the area again I would head back.

The breakfast is decent, despite the hotel appearing understaffed and waiting times being long, breakfast came together. The bedroom & bathroom smelled of sewage and the windows cannot open, one issue not helping the other. Hotel costs less online which makes no sense to me and the lift broke down twice.

The staff however are really nice but it would be great to have late check out as an option for a fee. Would not stay again at it is easy to find better value for money but thank you to the staff

We stayed here on our way to Blackpool, and had a lovely stay. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the room was huge. Lots of room for our family, and lovely and peaceful. We all had a great nights sleep.
The breakfast was perfect, as it was order from a menu rather than a buffet.
Would definitely return, and recommend!

Had to go to reception twice in middle of night to tell them to switch heating on, as they do not pick up phones. Heating finally came on at 7am.
Do not park next door unless you come with 5 £1 coins. Nobody in the hotel or the garage opposite has change.
Not budget prices any more, but a definite budget service.
First hotel ever stayed in where I have had to ask for heating to be switched on, room by room.

Response from WhitbreadHotels, Guest Relations at Premier Inn Coventry City Centre (Earlsdon Park) hotel
Responded 2 weeks ago
Hello there, thanks for taking the time to review our Coventry City Centre (Earlsdon Park) hotel. I'm very sorry to hear the heating took a while to come on and I'm also sorry to hear you had issues with parking. I can imagine this experience left you feeling very let down and this certainly isn't how we want our guests to feel.

Just so you know, I've now passed your comments to the hotels management team so they can look in to what improvements can be made going forward. We wouldn't want issues like these to continue so retraining for the Reception team will most likely be arranged to ensure the best service is being provided.

We hope this doesn't make you think twice about staying with us again so please have confidence this isn't our usual standard and your comments will be picked up. If you'd like to discuss this further, please do so with our Guest Relations team who you can reach by calling 0333 003 0025 (option 1).

Thanks again for getting in touch and we hope to welcome you back again soon.

Ricky
