Very comfortable room and clean . Always plenty of hot water and quite happy with a bath.
Good sleep as it was very quite, this iswhy we choose tostay at moorfields because it is just out of the city centre...but still close enough to all facilities.
As we are all aware the Premier Inn is a chain of budget hotels. So at £50 for a night in the centre of Liverpool I wasn’t expecting too much. However I was pleasantly surprised at the level of comfort and cleanliness at this hotel. The staff I met and talk to were all happy and helpful as would be expected from Liverpudlians.
Breakfast was good, poached eggs were spot on (always a good test of the kitchen in the morning) .
For me the parking was very important, having a little Classic car it needed to be off road and secure. The NCP is directly opposite the hotel, with special rates for hotel guests. The car park is secure and and I could even see my car from my room.
Overall a good stay in a comfy room, polite and attentive staff and would definitely stay here again only issue was at dinner when main course was served too quickly, breakfast was very good with a variety and choices
Stayed here with my daughter while visiting Liverpool's museums. Lovely comfy beds but we found the duvets too thick and hot, kept having to chuck them off through the night and this did affect our sleep. However the room had aircon so we used that. Had tea and coffee making facilities but only for 2 cups. Couldn't find any more milk for more drinks in reception area. Had a tv which was on the wall and quite big. The bathroom nice and clean, lovely big towels, had a shower within a bath. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. The staff were lovely and welcoming.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is ok, but used frozen sausages, tinned mushrooms and tomato’s
Tv didn’t have many channels and
Mattress of bed was hard
Not many teas or coffees in room, had to nick teabags and sugar from breakfast.
