GREAT place right at sea front clean friendly cheap, NOT FOR TEETOTALERS.. NOW THE BAD bit, room only with beds (clean but not great) and lots of sockets, NO drink facilities,tv or anything, More like a hostel room , Bathroom is for matchstick people, It is so small doors /shower door WONT open fully 15 inches to squeeze through (see piic) lol, good for p,i,ss heads can be noisy all night, Stairs are steep no lift, DID THE JOB FOR 1 NIGHT THANKS,
Starting with the good stuff, the room was very clean and pretty modern. There were double sockets around most of the room with USB charging sockets which was useful. The bar area was done out nice and the general feel of the place was good. The bad points were that the beds were quite uncomfortable, the bathroom was modern but very cramped and there was nowhere to hang towels or put toiletries and toothbrushes, although the shower was good. There wasn't any kind of storage for anything so we ended up just leaving most of our stuff dumped in our bags. Overall our stay was good but on checkout we asked if we could leave the car for a short while so we could nip for breakfast before we left and we were told they would charge us an extra £5 for a full days parking if we were staying any longer than another 10 minutes, despite the car park being almost empty. Considering we'd already paid £10 for parking and we'd spent plenty in the bar over the weekend I though this was taking the mickey a bit. Moved the car rather than giving them another penny, soured things for me a bit.
Well were do I start clean place to stay room Was lovely staff was helpful but then there is the car park got up at 7.30am to set off early as I had my niece's christening to get to from there to leeds and couldn't get out as a young lad had lost his key did I make it NO.....as he didn't come back to hotel till 9.30 to smash his window....
Lovely clean hotel very up to date adults only so kids and pets wouldn’t be allowed bedrooms were lovely spacious and clean staff were helpful it is not a bed and breakfast but there is a bar were can have a drink it’s right on the seafront next to Yates bar so not bad if you want something to eat highly recommend
Going to Blackpool during March Is not the best idea due to wind and rain but was still fun.
When you go visiting Blackpool be prepared to take out a lot of cash as a lot of places either don’t have card machines or they don’t work.
Check in was quite easy. £80 for 2 nights and £20 per person for damage deposit which is returned on leave. Just like other reviews, the rooms have quite thin walls, so you can hear what’s happening around. Rooms are modernised but not big. Bathroom is quite small, I’m 5.7” and the room was so tight with doors not being able to be open properly. Beds do have a high metal frame so do prepare to bash your knees.
It is an easy place to stay and easy to get around. Everything is within reach of 20 minute walk.
Would stay again during the summer
