Things like, a telephone in the room, two working elevators, a bathmat or some other means of dealing with the extremely slippery tub, or facial tissue. You won’t find any of these.
Convenient location across the street fro West Quay is the only thing this hotel has to recommend it
We stayed at the Premier Inn Southampton for a few days while waiting for a cruise. We were provided with all that we needed, the rooms were clean and well kept, and the room was very sound proof from outside and other room sounds. It does not have all the fancy services of a hotel but when asked for particular services they were able to help out. The wheelchair assist room was well designed but can be improved by having a shower with easy access.
Great hotel locarion and the room was great as always with a Premier Inn. Staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was fab with good quality of food overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay and will definitely use this Premier Inn again
I stayed at this Premier Inn, having previously enjoyed visits before. This time I was travelling on my own, and on my way to a business meeting then onto Heathrow, by train. This meant I was travelling with a lot of luggage at a very early hour. I arrived at the hotel around 8am and asked whether I could leave my luggage, I was amazed and so happy that they were able to check me into my room immediately. This allowed me to safely store all my luggage and freshen up before my meeting.
The room was clean and comfortable. I always love that at Premier Inn, you get a vanity area with hairdryer and a kettle with tea/coffee. My room was on the first floor near the lifts and overlooking the road between the hotel and the back of West Quay but I didn’t experience any noise. Hot and powerful shower in the morning and then an easy checkout. Another fantastic stay. Thank you so much for making my stay so straightforward and easy.
I have lost a weekend full of worry and the staff giving me false hope. The malw staff sould of just told me staright and sorted our towel situation in our room, the over charge well I'm still waiting and furious.
