Reception really go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Room was clean and warm, great size with a large screen TV.
Sadly breakfast next door at the Brewers Fayre, great ingredients, very cold, they have taken the top heater bulbs out and replaced them with standard bulbs, no decaf coffee. Staff not that interested or bothered, I got the impression they are use to complaints.
Good experience but highly expensive. 5 star properties nearby similar in price. Room was very clean, reception efficient and friendly. Location great with much to do nearby. Car parking was fine. The price varies considerably. The following week its nearly double making it similar to the Marriott and other such higher star brands. So the tip is to book well in advance.
We arrived on Friday to be greeted by Mandy the receptionist who as always was very professional and helpful nothing is ever to much trouble for her. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Only problem was other guest being rude to members of staff that go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We will definitely be returning.
A convenient overnight for Bristol Airport, 14 min drive. Brewers Fayre breakfast was below the usual standard, plenty of choice & helpful staff, but food out under lights too long and mostly cold.
Big mix up with our room. I had booked a disabled room but was allocated a first floor room, with no lift. sorted out by helpful ladies on reception, but frustrating as it was nearly midnight.
The usual Premier in problem of there only being onee set of towels.
After a long drive from Kent to Bristol, you just wish to arrive at your hotel and rest, before you start the next day. The lady on reception was friendly, exceptionally efficient and very pleasant, asked how journey was to the hotel. Room was spacious, tea & Coffee available, bed comfy, duvet so good when alarm went off just wanted to stay in bed for another hour or two. Couldn't fault the hotel, cleanliness to highest standard of a guest.
