In the middle of construction, this place is a shambles. The reception is ramshackle, there are tarpaulins and dust everywhere, the breakfast room is temporary with no decor, the pool is closed. Even the printer didn't work.
The rooms are going to be nice.
But the breakfast will still be the same industrial swill.
We stayed as part of a tour the rooms were large but quite dark Breakfast was included which was very good No safe in rooms Beds very comfortable We had a microwave with plates and cutlery I found this very good. overall for a 1 night stay it was fine . There was also a pool for kids there and restaurants on both sides . Just very dark needed more lights
Hotel itself was lovely and clean. We had a family suite as there were 6 of us. Beds were really comfy. We went for supper at their recommended restaurant called The Green Tree where guests get 15% off your entire meal.
The swimming pool was lovely and warm and our kids just jumped right on in. The hot tub was clean.
We had breakfast included and that is the only downfall of our stay here. The breakfast room could not hold the amount of people staying. The line up was right out the door and once you’d got some food there was no where to sit!
Our room had two double beds, a bathroom, living area with two twin pull out couches and a sink area.
We would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is located on the highway so it is not much to do there. It is a short driving distance to a small mall and just nearby it's a nice grill greek restaurant. I mostly liked the inndoor swimming pool in the hotel because it has a big waterslide. The hotel is otherwise typical Holiday inn standards.
I rented two rooms for two night for our son’s family and ourselves. The cost was very reasonable compared to the alternatives. Our rooms were new, spacious, and well appointed. The air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable. There was ample electrical outlets and the desk was good. The water slide, pool, and hot tub were big hits with our grandchildren. I found the pool area to be too loud. Also of note was the breakfast. It was much better than the average breakfast at this level of stay. This property is some distance from town and shopping so a vehicle is required. It takes about one half hour of driving to reach the Jasper National Park east gate and another half hour to reach the Jasper townsite or the Jasper Park Lodge. So this is not the most convenient overnight stop but it made visiting Jasper affordable for us.
