We had a fabulous 4-day stay here and were very happy with our choice. The location is sensational, not too far out of town and with a local bus passing by to get you to the old city. Great restaurants and Mimi-mart in walking distance. You can lounge on the hotel’s sun beds or cross the road for a swim...beautiful and warm. There are some basic room amenities that need consistent application across the hotel (a hotel and locality directory would have been great, mini bar list appeared after 2 days but nothing in the minibar). HOWEVER the rooms are fresh and clean, very comfortable, and the staff could not have been more helpful with any request. We would definitely return here.

Stayed here in July 2018. Firstly spent an hour looking for the place, no signs up, and on arrival hotel not ready for guests. Tried to order a snack - no menu in English. Pool not finished and the advertised hot tub did not exist. Post-it-notes on doors for numbers, bare electrical wires in bathroom, pipe sticking out over toilet, they forgot to put curtains or shutters up at one of the windows - didn't realise until went to bed, so no sleep as woken up with the light at dawn. Also no privacy at said window as chap working on the pool had a direct view into our room. Even worse is the appalling customer service as despite all the problems (evidenced by the photos) they refused to offer a single penny off the money we had paid - tells you a lot about them.

The wi-fi was really bad(did not work 95% of the time) on the top Floor on one of their buildings (b building). When I told them, they blamed the weather????
But the truth is that they have one small router on the bottom floor which is supposed to cover the whole building which is not possible. The TVs in our room were not connected with a coaxial cable (tv did not work) and the wires were just hanging underneath the table.

Staff are however nice and their breakfast is decent, not a lot to choose from though imo.

We have visited this place for a week in the middle of July. Hotel offers great service it is located on the first line that’s amazing. Food was great staff was very pleasant kind and helpful, rooms are spacious and everything is new. The view from our room was magnificent. Kotor bay is perfect place for vacation. We highly recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Perla Adriatica Kotor in the early july. Hotel is still under construction. It should not be open. Business and moneymaking is more important than peoples holiday.

They show pictures of pool and poolbar on their website and other reservation sites but they haven’t even finished the pool. They even told lies that there is technical problems in the pool when we arrived. We could see with our own eyes the construction site. They promise wifi in all rooms - not working. Gym is at the moment a storage room. There isn’t curtains in the rooms or ironing posibility. Room wasn’t even properly cleaned after finishing.

Director of the hotel just tried to explain and tell more lies when we told that hotel isn’t what they promises in websites.
Hotel staff tries their best and they are really friendly but under bad management they can do nothing.
