rooms are good but ac was a little problematic.swimming pool was too small and needs improvement. emergency requirements of breweries like beer and soda at night was not available which should be taken care in future.
Hotel is located in Siolim very close to the Morjim, Anjuna and Vagator beach best place to stay at a very affordable price. Clean pool rooms were decent enough for the price we paid. Overall a good experience.
Had a wonderful stay at Oyo rooms. Hotel is very close to morjim and arambol beach great place to stay nice pool. Great staff Beliza was were helpful. Quick response to needs. Had a lot of variety in breakfast to choose from.
Guys if you are planning to visit Goa and interested to Stay in this hotel, I would suggest to avoid Staying here until and unless you are Bachelor who are not very much interested in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
As I have heard a lot about OYO rooms, I booked the Hotel that is “OYO Rooms North Goa Countryside” whose actual name I came to on the day I was traveling is known as “La Cassa”.
I booked 3 rooms from 9 Dec to 13 Dec and stayed at G-2,G-3,G4 as I was travelling with my family. I reached the hotel where I found a guy sitting at the reception who responded very rudely. The first word to my query about reservation was “Sab ka ID Card hai to Checkin Milega nehi to janeka” and that to when I am along with my Elderly Parents and Kids have visited. And we found subsequently rude response to all the queries including when you ask where can I have dinner at 9.00 pm check-in if you don’t have kitchen.
This Hotel Don’t have kitchen.
One who is getting Complimentary Breakfast should not expect quantity;
For Swimming Pool : You have to buy cloths along with lots of rules before you can enjoy
1st Day after check-in we were very tired we did not bothered to check the linens at night as ambiance of hotel is very good besides staff’s behaviors but next day morning when we found the spoiled linens in 2 rooms, we planned not to complained as today they will change it but on returning to room in the evening, we founds same soiled linens as laying and wet towels are kept as It is.
After talking to their staff that made me talk to the Head of Hotel Lassa who denied cooperation / support as we are OYO customer and As per OYO customer rule we will be changing only after 3 Days not before and complaining to OYO will not effects us Do as you live (Told by Property Owner).
After complaining to OYO on 10 Nov 2015 at 9.35 pm next day after check-in the response is OYO team is sleeping till date 15 Nov 2015 And after 4 days also the Linen were not changed thought their Laundry goes to One of the best dry cleaners which result I have never seen on my 4 day stay.

Don’t advance pay with OYO as you will not get support from OYO Team but you have option to change the hotel. Most of us will burn their blood with full irritation to service of both hotel and OYO.
As per Hotel wit Oyo both have rules of 3-4 page which you have to read before you start enjoying GOA.
Visited 3 times earlier but this was a Very Bad Experience for the 1st time.
Couples Beware Spots and cockroach can be ignored if you wish.
I have stayed with my family in the month of July 2015 & the hotel is very neat & clean and maintained well. Also this hotel is located in the peaceful location with out any traffic noise. Facilities here are Compact swimming pool, affordable internet speed, spacious room, TV and a complimentary breakfast. I faced some problem in the hotel payment and the hotel staff worked well for solving the issue and the same is performed well. Thanks for the staff (Ms Beluza)& OYO group efforts.
