The front desk staff and breakfast room staff were excellent at this hotel. We found the food quality very good for a Continental breakfast. The hotel was not full so the parking was great. If the hotel gets busier then parking will be very tight. The rooms are a great size (bathroom is small but shower is large). I found the bed comfortable. The pool was a great temperature but the hot tub was way too hot for comfort. We spoke to others in the pool who found the same. Needs to go down at least 3 or 4 degrees. Lots of towels but the shower didn't work in the pool area. The reason we can only give it a 3 star is that the house keeping is fair at best. when we entered our room the mirror in the bathroom was dirty and it was like it never got a good go over. The bathroom fan was very dirty and the brackets that hold the toilet seat on were not as clean as they should be. On day one a garbage bag was left in the middle of the room. We brushed it off thinking that it was just a mistake. We ended up eating in our room that night and used the bag to put extra garbage in. We tied it and put it beside the other garbage. the next day the garbage bag from the bathroom was left on the TV stand, the full bag left right beside the can was left untouched. Considering we were traveling with a child in diapers we are now on day 2 of bags of garbage being left and left as though they ran through the room in a quick blast shows that the housekeeping management is not great. Either training is bad or they are overworked. Either way we were unhappy as cleanliness is very important in a hotel stay. We told front end staff when we checked out and they gave us an email address. Probably not going to send in the info as it is their job to follow up from here. if you do not have a car food might be a bit hard as nothing is really in walking distance.

Thank you DR_2009 for your feedback as it helps us to improve ourselves. I am glad to hear your feedback for staff and the breakfast. Will definitely share your feedback with the staff. As per the parking is concerned, we offer park and fly at very minimal cost, therefore often it gets little full at the back area. Being said that, we do have quite a lot space available and if needed guests can park on the street in front of the hotel as well.

Temperature in the hot tub is adjusted by 3 degree as we were getting some complaints for the hot tub to be too hot for personal choice.

Lastly, your feedback for housekeeping is something that concerned me a lot. I am really sorry that the garbage was not picked up during your stay.There has been a large turn over and we are in the process of rebuilding our team and getting the new housekeeping management on board as soon as possible. I wish you would have let the staff know as soon as you checked in so it could have been taken care off right away and we really didn't want this to affect your stay. Deeply sad that it happened but we don't want this to reflect on our standards and service level. Again, I apologise for coming short on your expectations but hoping that you will give us another chance in the future.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. I arrived from Toronto. It was easy to arrange the free shuttle from the airport. If you do not have a car and you are hungry, I would recommend to buy something to eat from the airport as there are not a lot of options close by. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only issue was it was hard to sleep at night as there was a lot of road noise, I was on the ground floor too. A continental breakfast was served in the morning (bread, waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt). For the price point, I thought the stay was very good!

....oh the ROAD NOISE. If I'd known I'd get NO SLEEP because of the road noise, I'd have asked for a room on the other side of the hotel or found another hotel altogether.
It was just AWFUL. Breakfast was okay if you got there early, otherwise items like bacon were "not available". Second stay here, would again if the room was NOT facing the highway and the price was better than others in the area, otherwise, no.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the hotel for one night after our long-haul flight and one night just before our flight back.

The room was standard but perfectly fine, apart from no towels being provided on the last stay. Our bedside phone/clock had an alarm built in which went off many times throughout the night which meant our sleep was really disturbed, not ideal before a long flight back to the UK. Despite this the bed was comfy, shower great and hotel facilities were good also.

The issues we had was the service from the reception staff. The heavily pregnant reception desk staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to offer any support about payment and also not offering any information about the hotel facilities, implying that we should 'already know'. She frankly acted as if she would rather be anywhere else, which should perhaps be considered. She made us feel uneasy about the trip from Day 1 and miserable and tired on Day 2.

The transport staff were fantasic and friendly and it's a shame that this one member was so rude and unfriendly to not only us but most hotel users we saw her engage with.

Everything good: room clean, beds very comfortable, nice hot bath tub, very convenient parking. Special mention: good reading lamp beside each bed.

Negative: windows sealed, cannot be opened. Necessary presumably due to aircraft noise and major highway right beside hotel. But I am never happy having to depend for ventilation on the fan in the A/C unit. It may be fairly quiet now, but most units get much more noisy in a year or two. To be fair, the room was pretty quiet, and we slept well.

Small negative: Horribly hard to find the building driving from the north! Not difficult if on Airport Road. I recommend having a map at hand if it is your first visit to the hotel!

You are correct the windows are sealed to reduce the airport noise with each room having its individual climate control you are able to set the temperature to the desired setting.

With the hotel being in a new developing area having a GPS will definitely make it easier to find the hotel for the first time.
